It is a slight on UI, OAU to say they accept statement of result because it is a blatant lie. It is the computer spread sheet from WAEC that is used in lieu of certificate not the statement from a school unless they just changed it.

Unless their standards have fallen in recent times.

I do not know any serious higher institution in Nigeria that accepts statement of results in lieu of certificates.

Even NYSC must sight your certificate before admittance.

Statements of result are often temporary documents which are subject to verification or used within the premise of the issuing institution.

UI,OAU,UNILAG AND THEIR LIKES WILL ACCEPT ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY DO BACKGROUND CHECK THEMSELVES, EVEN IF IT TAKES THEM 4 OR 5 YEARS, THEY LL STILL EXPEL YOU. MAY BE YOUR OWN INSTITUTIONS IN THOSE OTHER PART OF THE WORLD WILL NOT BOTHER.

Why is there a particular picture in PDP campaign that is always blurred and hazy.
