See, even if he answered all questions resoundingly, Ukvi fit still deny am...I didn't use any agent and yet was refused for the January session.

They are trying to cut down on student visa I suppose.

No salary credits for 2 whole months and counting will not be ignored by the ECO. This means you do not have access to any income as asserted and so risk of being an overstayer likely… spouse can harbour you and feed you.
You can seek reconsideration or reapply.

Your children's birth certificates doesn't prove home ties

Did you write a letter about where your children are living right now..are they in school, on vacation

Secondly did you check your bank statements to see if even you can identify your salary as a credit, if it's there then highlight salary credits when you reapply

Do you work for yourself ? Are you paid monthly?

I am monthly paid. Though we haven't been paid for like 2 months now dues to change of management and coming of external auditors to aid smooth transitioning...I explained this in the application and LOE...I submitted a 6 months bank statement reflecting my salary.

Also, I did state that during my visit, my kids will be in custody of my parents as school was still on session as at the time of application.

Please I just got this refusal mail.

Honestly I'm speechless.

My bank statement clearly reflects my salary and the VO says he can't find it on the bank statement.

For the home ties I submitted my children's birth certificates, landed documents, letter of introduction from place of work, a letter from my church headquarters, as I'm a prophet in my church...with pictures.

Purpose of visit was to go visit my wife who's a student.


Please, I will appreciate any contribution on how to tackle this

Please I want to apply for a UK visa to visit my wife who is a student in the UK.
I have over 5 million in my salary account and 15m in my savings account.
But at my place of work we have not been paid for 2 months now to to change of ownership and external auditors coming to do their job b4 full handover.

Can I use my salary account even though salary hasn't entered for 2 months?

Be patient... That's an empty NSF mail..they will likely grant the visa

Remove your sister’s sponsorship. A grown adult who says he can afford a holiday to see his wife— why does his sister need to bring in money?
If you can not fully sponsor yourself to visit your wife then why do you need the trip?— that’s the question on the ECO’s mind.
Sponsor yourself. You should be able to sponsor with £1300. Put the trip as 1 week. Your wife is providing accommodation and feeding so you dont have to.
Your children in Nigeria can be seen to be your ties- provide every proof that they are in Nigeria and in school and also make sure you mention that you have made arrangements for their 24/7 care for the period you will be out of the country.
Sponsor ur trip. If your account statement is in shambles and you have no travel history to a 1st world country pls delay this trip and put things in order.
Again present all your ties.
Leave letted, employment letter, promotion letter, work id and pictures at work very important. Establish that you have a stable job to add to your ties as your children will be the main tie.
Lastly, fill the application form very carefully.

1. My sister is on postgraduate visa working in the UK.
2. My wife is currently on a student visa in the UK too.

Now, here is my case:
I want to apply for a visit visa to go visit my wife, as it's been almost a year now( body no be firewood).

I am confused on whether to use my sister or my wife as partial sponsor.

I have over 6 million in my salary account and earns above 700k/M.

I want to use my sister as partial sponsor as she wants to support with £1000.

But I'm going to visit my wife(I can't use her as sponsor as she recently works above the allowed number of hours).

But my wife is the one inviting me and all.

I intend to spend £1500 total on the trip..that is, my sister £1000 and myself £500..

Then her payslip and all.

NB: I have 2 kids in Nigeria, I own properties, I work, and also a pastor in a church..

Please, is this feasible?

Wolverhampton is unstable right now especially for Mres program. I think all this continuous requests for sop is just to buy time to sort out their confusion. Back here to state that i passed the visa questionnaire by the university of sunderland. I stated the previous refusals I had and still passed it. It pays to stand by the truth. And am so happy I have never told a lie for once in other to obtain a visa from all the countries o have visited.

Please how did they accept a second questionnaire? Did you call them or what?
