Pls guys help me out.
the yellow fever card will be asked of you when you lodge your visa, you will also need it when travelling... just get your documents authenticated at the MOE n MFA... or go to a federal high court to get it notarised... I dont know much about high notarisation because I authenticated mine...

Actually I think I still stand a chance of getting my visa if I can package my application very well despite been denied before. I want someone to please tell me the schools to apply to under SVPs and that has less hurdles. The course is computer science or software related course. Waiting for wise response from any experience Nairaland moderators.

what part of Australia are you? Its good to hear you are enjoying the place. Racism though not rampant or common here really exists and may not be expressed as calling you derogatory names or stuff like that...simple acts like preferring to stand up rather than sit beside a black person, or facial expression changes when its the turn of a black person to speak are some of the acts some black people experience..including me..Doesnt bother me as it used to before..

brisbane bro... haven't experienced it... maybe its because I choose not to notice it.. any its not totally out but its minimal... but still I haven't, when I do, I'll say it...

Let me advise you based on my experience - you can book a cheap motel, hotel, backpackers, hostel for the first few nights, this can be booked prior to your arrival using your ATM card. You may use google to find any of these. By so doing, you will be able to search for accommodation. You may not find your choice of place immediately, however you can start with a 3month contract while you search for a better place.

I could have suggested that you stay at my place for a few days, however, I live a lil bit far from the Central Business District (Ann Street) where I believe your campus is located.
he should just try the college accommodation for few weeks then search for a better place. the college accommodation is the best place to first settle cos you'll meet students like your self... my 50 cents
