I am a bit shocked by what Has been trending on blogs and many other platforms of late. Multi tv started on astra 2b. It's now on astra 2f @ the same 28.2 E. Channels on Atlantic bird 4a were migrated to Ab7@ the same 7w.
The nss7 satellite @ 20w was the one hosting the canal package @ 22w but left for 20w after the ses4 satellite was launched @22w. Mytv did not moved from 68.5e to 16e becos that satellite was reaching it's life expectancy. Therefore there is no way a particular package will leave a geostationary location just becos a satellite has reached its life unless the satellite operators decides not to replace it.
Whenever a satellite is about to reach its life expectancy, the operators of that satellite will launch a new one in place of it or move a dormant satellite from a particular geostationary location to replace it. If the content provider decides to migrate to another location, it's their choice but it will not be because of what we have been made to believe. I think it's a bit misplaced.

@ geometry. I have a dish that I want to paint. Most online suggestions say that , the paint must be a flat/ matte paint. However, I have been through most paint shops. However, they don't understand the meaning of flat/ Matt . nothing of that sort is also written on their containers. The only one I saw was an emulsion paint with the Matt written on it.
Any help? Counting on u to select a paint.

3 in1 for multi, amos,and dstv is possible but the lnb tweaking for the dstv must be near perfect.

after giving credit to my source of references , i should have given thanks to those who have wasted monies, travelled distances and sacrifice their pride ( dignity ) to the sustainance of my interest in satellite tv technology.
i realised the mistake after reviewing the post and doing the right thing after your post makes it highly inappropriate .
after 11 years of research, something is nearing a perfect conclusion.That moment awaits u.
i entreat all guys to follow ur steps. that thing hidden in u charms me so much.
finally, my unqualified apology to Esuo, Gadotor , captainus, richy and fta Hunter . i am only a bird on a tall tree like u. had it not been u, i would have been on the ground. thank u very much.

look at that. an offset dish of 90cm in size ,99.3cm major axis and 90 cm minor axis, 0.64 f/d ratio, 57.6cm focal point and an offset angle of 23.6° was removed from the mold.
the taste of the pudding is in eating it. this dish has been tested on ses5 at 22w and ab7. using my dm800se i was able to hit lowest of 97% quality on 22w. i also able to hit 66% on 11661v 27500 on ab7

Im in Ghana but if you are Nigeria check alaba market.

filling all holes with putty filler and sanding the surface to make it smooth.
the mold was then painted black to reveal any other imperfections .

creating offset mold out of the main mold.

applying mortar to the surface of the mold. screending continued afterwards .

cutting of trenches and shaping the mold with sand.

mounting of vertical pole. here, there was a big mistake as the pole was turning with the plate . meaning i did not did not lock the pole i had to do correction .

the dish was created out of a parent dish with 200cm diameter, focal point of 60 cm and an fd ratio of 0.30.

Before i move further,let me take this opportunity to give infinite thanks to the almighty God for life ,strength and the desire to move on .

go to strong mytv website and download an official firmware for your receiver and upgrade it again. it might fix .
