No sir, this is different from the report you have provided a link to. I don't think the mods are as slow as you seem to want to make them out to be. Read what you have provided here and the report which id the subject of this thread, you will see they are quite different though relating to recurrent problems because nothing has really changed between June 2015 and April 2016.

This report is widely covered by lots of our news outlets as well

Felix Obuah is the PDP rivers state chairman. He should be talking ideology not regionalism. Everybody has an interest, but if you are basing your interest on tribe, then, minority tribes can as well kiss elective position in both state and federal positions good bye.
