Ever wondered how to gain financial freedom so you have no worries about money? Are you spending more than you make and going deeper in debt? You CAN reverse that trend! In this tough economy, I would be showing you 7 proven steps to gain financial freedom. And at the end I’ll introduce myself for those who might be asking “who the heck is this dude?” So read on… The first thing you need know is this: If you are making financial planning decisions based on how much money is in the bank right now, then you are being controlled by the money, and this usually creates a constant worry about money problems. You need to control the money to gain financial freedom; not the other way around. Fortunately, there is a money management system that you can use to control your income and debts to get on the road to financial freedom. However, most people are completely unaware that it exists. This is not the type of financial planning involved in investments such as stocks and bonds. Here are the seven steps of business cash flow management system: 1) Accurately predict how much money is needed to operate the company this week and in the future. Figure out exactly what has been spent, by category, over the past year. This becomes the budget. The correct definition of budget here is: the amount of money it takes for the organization or household to function and to attain its goals. That is also called the break-even point and tells you the minimum amount of income required just to stay afloat. This is the first step in effective cash flow management. 2) Figure out how to collect the amount of income needed, and more, to do better than just break even. Remember, you're going after YOUR financial freedom here. 3) Find out exactly how much you owe in bills and other debts. This takes a bit of courage to confront, but what you don't know because you're just not looking at it, can undermine your profit and wealth building progress. 4) Find out how much of your income is actually available to spend. Most people forget that when the money comes in, some of it is already committed. When you spend more than you brought in, the difference usually ends up as debt. When you are striving for financial independence, spending less than you make is critical. 5) Set aside regular amounts of cash from your income for the future - always pay yourself first and put the money in savings toward gaining financial freedom. For substantial wealth building, a minimum of 10% is recommended. 6) Portion out some of your money toward paying past-due bills, debt, current bills, and then portion out a bit for future large expenses that are difficult to pay when they come due. Careful, consistent money management can speed up your business wealth building progress. 7) Use any money left over in ways that increase your ability to produce more income. Why is cash flow management important to a business owner? Your cash flow is the energy and life blood of a business. It is necessary to pump it through the income producing areas to keep it running well. Everything runs smoother when cash is available. Seems simple, right? And it is simple. This system is easily learned, and can be used to do these seven steps of Financial Planning in very little time each week. It does, however, take personal discipline and commitment to achieve the goal of financial independence so you never have to worry about money again. Done correctly and consistently, the end result is always having lots of cash on hand, all bills paid, and plenty of money in reserves to finance what you really want to do with your money; not just pay bills. Who doesn't want that, right? To use your money wisely, you need to treat it as a resource. Correctly managing your money will determine how well your company or family will survive now and into the future. Correctly applying these seven steps of Financial Planning will make financial freedom happen for you. |

The Internet has been around for some time but its popularity started a little more than five years ago as more people gain access to public domain. As more Nigerians engage in online activities such as online business, surfing, communicating with relatives and friends, and stock brokering, new companies are created. Now you have companies offering web design, web development, website hosting and SEO services. Aside from this, our age is growing up to careers like graphic design and web designers types of work, which were inconceivable a decade ago. Now you may be asking: What sort of work do these new companies engage in? Briefing: Web development is the general term used to refer to all the activities I mentioned about. Any activity related to the creation of a website can be categorized under this term. Some professionals, however, insists that web development refers more to the technical side such as coding and networking. Web design services are involved with the layout of a website. The web design is the first thing people notice when they visit a page. It is also one of the major factors considered by repeat visitors. There are four aspects of design: the content (basically this is your business information on the site), the usability (the functions and features of the website), the appearance (should be enticing to readers and lastly, the visibility (people must be able to find your site!). The main goal of a good website designer is to make information readily available to his readers in a form that is very easy to understand. What about SEO: SEO services are basically a marketing strategy used by sites to get more traffic, or in laymen's terms, to get people to visit their sites. Say for example a person goes to Google and types in SEO, they should be able to find sites relating to search engine optimization and those sites at the top of the list has the highest page rank, meaning, these are the sites which is visited most often. There are other websites which are not indexed or listed in Google, MSN or Yahoo. This means that unless you know the website's name, no one will get to visit that site. To make your site popular, you need to build links to your site, and this is what companies engaged in SEO do. Now, let's talk about something less technical: Did you know that more people are spending more time with the internet than watching TV, reading the papers and listening to the radio? For one, you can do all these three things while sitting in front of your laptop. Now you no longer need a Tivo or a subscription to the local paper because now, you can get anything from the web for free! You can now do your shopping online; you can even gamble (but pleass don't) or take out loans from the internet. Aside from this, work is no longer confined to the office. When you need to beat a deadline, the internet gives best solution – bring your work home and let your VPN put you right back to work! Surely, we are entering a new world – one where everything has its virtual counterpart. From teachers to bankers, friends and dates, everything we need is now online. Truly, this world has become a digital world of conveniences, and a world where people are losing contact with their social environment. By now you must be wondering: Who the heck is this guy? My name is Isaac, a motivated self-starter with a passion for web design and creative writing (business writing).I am just a simple guy. If you care to see my professional work, here is a quick link (http://izikeezy.com.ng/). So, what do you think? I’d love to hear what you think. Or maybe you have a question about something you read. importexpert:I wish I could spend so much time helping others just as you do. Although I am doing just so but in other ways. But since I can't do exactly as you are doing, and how you do it, instead of beefing you, I will rather add to what you are already doing, so we can change the world (Nigeria) together. Its not always about the money, if your heart is in it- then just do it. I will be watching your back, if anybody tries to say rubbish about your ebook instead of saying "THANK YOU"- ....then I will blast him/her with One Love!!! Well done Bros. Your Success Is Truly My Pride! One love!!! |

And you haven't even seen the book yet, you are busy making noise from the outside. Why don't you get in through the gates, there are no Bouncers to harass you. Pascalville:Hello bros, did you read this: https://www.nairaland.com/3539534/7-reasons-why-must-start In that post, one of the 7 reasons he mentioned is "2. Work your own hours" That means you can choose to work at EVENING time or NIGHT after circular work. He never in anywhere or anyway ask you to leave your job (dnt carelessly misquote him). All he says is you should invest and have the mind to break out of your comfort zone. 10years time, that your salary that you think is too good for you (even if its 100k) will not be enough, and the value of naira is falling. Show appreciation for even what you dnt have, and you will attract them (that is the law of attraction...that is The Secret). I love the image in your signature though, its so funny. I'm still laughing! ![]() |
NubiLove:Here it goes again.!!! Why waist your time calculating the money in his bank account? Why not focus on making your own? The bible says, mind your own business. OMG.....I feel so sick to see people saying anything related to the opposite of "THANK YOU FOR THIS E-BOOK". |
Klington:There is no harm in trying...it won't hurt. Stop thinking...stop wondering...take a step. He is always there to provide PREMIUM support. So no stress!!! |
HARDDON:Bros, that book is cost practically nothing. I believe you must have spent atleast 3000 naira on December 25th and more "than" 3000 naira for your girlfriend. If I was you, I would have postponed my December 25th to January 25th. Just trying to advice...One love! |
databoy247:People just come here to make ridiculous comments. If this guy(@importexpert) is misleading people, are you the one to find out, don't nairaland have moderators again. Can't you see its making front page? Before you even thought of reading this post, you dnt think the moderators have already checked his affiliate link...read through his page...bought his book...before promoting him. People could just be so crazily ridiculous and just get pissed for nothing... just at other people's great success. If you know exactly how to do what this guy is doing, do you know the kind of peace you will always have in your mind to know that you are making money at ease and you have more than enough time to help others succeed. Please if you dnt know what to do with your time, please kindly help me and go and read this: https://www.nairaland.com/3543103/3-legitimate-online-businesses-nigerian#52331903 So you can see in that link that he gave you 3 different legit business you can do. dtruseeker:A lot of people dont appreciate when they are given gold. Some people are narrow minded...some refuse to think out-of-the-box. This guy has released in his ebook all you need to use your brain. I was shocked at the powerful content of the ebook. Every Nigerian deserves to read that gaddamn book. That book has the power to take half of Nigeria's population out of poverty. This guyz ebook is a gold for Nigerians, I can testify to it- I bought the book. His ebook kept me glued in a chair for over an hour in a stretch- I was reading non-stop...amazed at how someone in Nigeria can release such a powerful idea that alot of people want to hide (and know only themselves). This guyz ebook saves you years of trial an error. He takes you right past through to the main things. With his ebook, I dont see what should stop anybody ever again in Nigeria from doing and succeeding in online business. He has done the thinking for you, he has done the errors for you. This guy is a blessing from heaven...this guy is gold...this guy is more of what Nigerians need...this guy is more than a master....this guy has love in his heart (through love indeed....i can vouch for this guy, over and over and over again.) So please dont come hear to make comment and say "he is selling books of 2000naira". How much did you expect the book to be before. The book is worth over 50,000naira. If he tells you to pay 50k, can you pay it? How much is Facebook advert? $5 (what will Zuckberg do with $5?). You should understand that he has created something of value out of a loving heart, he definitly should get some credit or reward. He is simply making money from doing what he loves. So why the side talk? He is simply practicing what he preach- he is making money online. Something you can not do, something you dont know how to do...and he is willing to teach you for just 2000naira and you are complaining and thinking he wants to extort from you- because he ask you to pay him what he rightly deserves (absolutely crazy kind of thinking). But you will still be the same person to go to Night Clubs and spend 20,000naira in one night (invest in the right things). Some people just sit and watch success pass them by and later the begin to wonder why they are poor. Please, I have said enough. If you are not interested in online means of earning a living, please, and please do not discourage others from taking a right step. No hard feelings...just trying to correct you. |
Hairyrapunzel:Well, I can just see you are just forcing your way with every irrelevant shred of info & defense line to defend this celebration. What is it that i and you is even discussing: Jesus birthday, Dec 25. Hmmm.....odiegwu. To avoid unnecessary bickering & misunderstanding let's talk something else |
My dear, follow your dreams that is the only way. Fear is the only thing that holds people from reaching the height they would have attained.

Hairyrapunzel:I have not seen it my brother, Google it and show me the link...so simple.
For siesta and eye paint I never said anything about origin. In the bible they were associated with bad things the only time they were mentioned siesta associated with beheading and eye paint jezebel and apostate isreal. I am talking of how they used them in the bible. Don't change the topic.
You're the one changing your own topic. From the very onset the OP explained that Jehovah's witnesses don't celebrate because of their pagan origin and gave instances of the two pagan people related to it. Now, you're forcing the argument into another premise. It is not the People, it is the origin.
Don't give excuse for celebrating something that has ties to pagan origin and doing things that were associated with bad people the only time they were mentioned in the bible. So your jehovah cherry picks? That is don't celebrate this one with pagan origin but you can celebrate the other with pagan origin, or don't do this because it was associated with bad people in the bible but you can do the other ones associated with bad things and bad people in the bible I think the bible made it clear on things we should do and not do. If God didn't want us to do certain things he would have said so. It would have been written down Or you want to tell me that Jehovah forgot to put those things we should or should not do down in the bible?
Don't stress yourself rushing to this conclusion....when you have successfully explain yourself you can now land. |
Hairyrapunzel:Answer the question: Where did wedding anniversary, siesta, eye paint originate from? |
. |
Hairyrapunzel:Tell me the pagan origin of wedding anniversary Siesta (sleep) where did it originate from? Eye paint - the bible encourages external adornment, but with modesty. 1 Pet. 3:3, 4 Get a new glasses when reading your bible. Acts 8:36-38 |
Hairyrapunzel:Are you trying to push pagan origin to weddings, siesta and eye paint? Does the bible not bring such things in a good light? Find a better point, dear. |
