from all i knw they said some of the IT student stationed in lagos were involved in fraud or smtn... But I stl dnt tnk dat should warrant thm sending we all away this tym witout pay. My branch manager even tried figthin it wit reasons dat we were not involved and should not b held accountable for any1s sin but instead he received a querry. I even tot dat if it were ther staff dat did such would they disengage all ther staff?. I have recently finished medicals with Zenith bank and UBA, and I am pretty sure to land both jobs. Both are contract jobs; however Zenith is offering a two year contract while UBA is one year. The salary difference is not much, so that is not a deciding factor for me. I’m more concerned about career advancement and job security now.

I would appreciate your inputs as to which offer is best. Kindly state the reason(s) behind your suggestions.

What is ur qualification?,if it's Bsc,UBA will put u in academic line. but zenith bank will watch u for two years and converted u

Your argument is on point, but considering our education system and level at which students sort lecturers, it becomes a futile effort to recruit competent hands based on class of degree.
For instance, in 2011 about 80% of 1st class and 2:1 candidates scored ess than 20% in an NNPC recruitment exercise. In 2009 a friend of mine with 2:1 went to UBA to submit his CV when they were recruiting and he got the biggest shock of his life. He was told that the management said they should strictly take only 2:2. He asked why, and they told him they conducted recruitment exercise twice for the so called 1st class and 2:1 but couldn't get up to the number they needed because of the way they failed in mass.

People can lie because dey don't have 2:1 and dey find dia way of getting 2:2 has he said. As far as federal university concern,am not talking of any state or private university but u can't never do dat in any federal university,it's only state and private university dat u can influence ur lecturer with money

SaraD you should be ready for a pay cut in your field of study, why? You ain't got experience. Find above something you can start with.

Why do u want to leave Ur first degree discipline and cross to field that u do not have a clear knowledge in it. did u know anything about taxation,auditing,company and cost accounting. It is better u stay in ur field and read more in dat field,

The instruction said read all question before u start answering. So, guess all u need to do is to read all first. Understanding and attention to details, is wat they are checking.

Where is the time to read all first before U attend to the questions? Firstly,The network is not friendly. Secondly,other questions have options like question 17,so tell me what make it different from others. 20 questions for 20 minutes, you said I should read all first and understand before attempt which is not inside the instructions. This test does not what it at all

There is no any instruction that mention this, to answer only question 17 correctly. That system response is falsity. they should find solution to it. PGD in Education is for those who didn't do Education in their first degree and they want to cross to Education line as a career. if you do PGDE,it will make you qualified as an Educationist and you can continue your career by proceeding to do Master of Education(M.Ed). without PGDE for those that their first degree was not in Education cannot do M.Ed direct, they can only do M.Sc. If you have your money,you can go for M.Sc and PGDE together,nothing do you.

Are you a university graduate, if yes is your answer go and do your PGD Education.
