Just got my IELTS Results! Got the notification to view via my email a few minutes ago. Then logged in via the portal and found it.

So, I just spoke to a customer care rep at the British Council NG.

She apologised for the delay, said it's most likely due to some technical or administrative issues and asked to wait till the end of the week.

When I asked her if it was an isolated incident, she said quite a number of people who took the CD test have been calling in to complain too. In fact, she said just this morning, she's received a few of those calls.

According to her, if I don't get my results by Thursday, I should get in touch again by Friday.

Guess we're going to have to wait.

Anyway, you could still call in and table your complaint so they know there's still a lot of us waiting.

Whoa! So sorry about the scholarship.

Did you write Computer-Based or Paper? And did they give an explanation as to why they did not update your test results on the portal first?

It's quite weird that they couldn't even send a mail to give an update about a possible delay in the result release date after giving an assurance at the test center that CBT results would be out in 5 days.

Anyway, I really hope I get to speak with someone on Monday and get an update.

It a pity I lost my scholarship position because of this, am still yet to get mine, I wrote on the 20th November.

I contacted them, and fixed an appoint to come collect the physical copy at Abuja,imagine fa.
And am resident in kano. But my friend will collect it for me, see how i insulted them, sharp sharp they booked appointment for.me

There's a phone no and email address on the dashboard, when you log in to your account.

Though I read somewhere that they rarely respond, it's still worth giving a try.

Really frustrating, tbh. Have you tried to reach them? I tried to call yesterday but the prompt said they had closed for the week. Will call again on Monday.

I will also send an email on Monday too.

I wrote mine (computer-based) on Nov 26. It was supposed to be out yesterday, Dec 1st, but I also haven't heard a thing
