What will any of the other candidates would have done differently? smileyoo: lol. It's too late because no president resigns in Nigeria, but when they were telling Nigerians to choose wisely during the elections, they were playing useless ethnic card politics that benefits nobody, now that we have made our choice, we better learn how to live with the choice we had made, because 8 years is too much to be wasted on empty noise making protests. I can assure you that Oga tinubu will never resign and nobody can remove him from that aso- rock seat, just as nobody removed Oga Bubu when he was busy destroying Nigeria. Nigeria and Nigerians must learn the hard way, because most of us are not wise when it comes to nation building. |

Make i go rewatch this Australia match for 100th time Deltamani: CREATIVE/ATTACKING MIDFIELDERS🦅
✳️Jennifer Onyinyechi Echegini (22yrs) (Juventus Ladies, Italy)
Echegini is another skillful, free scoring Attacking Midfielder who can operate from about four positions. From being a false 9 to Creative midfielder, winger and supporting striker, she is definitely a multipurpose player who has been tested in those roles and excelled. Now you know why a smart club like Juventus did not waste time in snatching her right after college.
Jennifer is your typical modern-day midfielder with extraordinary capabilities, superb work rate, power play, ability to shoot with both legs, athleticism , crossing accuracy, visionary passes. She can easily spot spaces in the opposition’s side to render assist to her strikers, interestingly, she can also score if she finds herself better placed than those paired to work upfront with her.
You can count on her when it comes to counter-attacks as she is speedy and very dangerous going forward. Echegini is no doubt a valid asset to any team.
✳️Antionette Oyedupe Payne (28yrs) (Sevilla FC, Spain) 🦅
This Creative Midfielder who can also double as a Winger and a Fullback is unarguably the Brain Box of the team .Toni understands and displays the phrase ‘less is more’ with her style of play. She is very versatile, technical, doesn’t dance around the ball unnecessary and a superb ball carrier for the team. She doesn’t need more than a touch to be a threat to the defence of any opposition team.
At the moment, she is the most desirable utility player in the team. Her depth, fluidity and intelligence at ball control ensures she contributes immensely to our rich midfield and magically connects with the attackers. Her runs and tricks easily put defenders at risk of committing dangerous fouls that gives us the advantage of set pieces.
Talk about ball technique, through passes, visionary ball control, creativity, dribbling skills, great energy, initiating attacks. To cap it all, she possesses that rare ability to throw those passes that can unlock the tightest of defences …..oh my!
Tony Payne is a bundle of talent and a vital player of the Super Falcon.
✳️Rasheedat Busayo Ajibade (24yrs) (Atletico Madrid FC, Spain).
Our favourite Mummy GO is a Winger who also doubles as an Attacking Midfielder with distinctive abilities. Give it to her when it comes to pressing the opponent with sharp runs and fantastic crosses capable of wearing defenders out. Not to forget her long range shots, wild runs, and that rare ability to bring something out of nothing. She is very dependable and reliable when it comes to her craft.
Rash as popularly called by her teammates is very disciplined and well composed both on and off the field, little wonder she has been found worthy to lead her teammates in recent times. She is very versatile with the ability to play as a supporting striker, winger, central midfielder and even support her team mates in defensive duties if need be.
Rash is a thorn in the flesh of opponents and her menacing makes her a threat to those who find themselves on the other half of the field.

JOE has played in higher level honestly and she has world cup experience that's vital.... lovewins:
I agree with you in principle, it's why if you followed the conversation I said it's better to ignore people who always want to compare both players (this isn't the first time this argument has come up). I however opined that should they choose to continue they have in principle a level playing field to based the comparison on.
That's the context. Just for the sake of argument however, an argument can be made that Esther is also a pro (a few years before JOE even became one). The NWPL is a professional league and Esther has been a key part of the Robo team for a few years. |

Like when someone is shot for example in a vital organ if the person get a surgeon very fast the person have at least 50/50 survival chance but if he doesn't see a surgeon and the people there just pray to God the person dies 100% ..... everything people gave God credit for human actually did it , that's why i say God doesn't interfere in human life Aemmyjah:

Pure faith is when a pastor tell his followers he he drank tea with God and they all believed him .... I personally think it's just delusional PoliteActivist:

JOE was in US training with world class facilities everyday since she was a kid so she was already playing in a level close to the Italian league so she slotted straight in but Esther will need time to raise her level for Liga F and few months is not going to be enough lovewins:
Baba na wa for you o. That's why I said give it a few months or something na. Plus you're talking like Onyi has been in Juve for one season. She's literally spent just 5 weeks in Juve. Her first game was on the 13th of January and she played just 2 minutes. So yes, they playing field is leveled. |

They don't have a level playing field yet Esther has not even spent 24hrs in spain yet lovewins:
No. Notice how I framed it. I said they both have a level playing field now so we can at the very least have a fair basis for comparison. They are both playing in Europe for decent teams (even though JOE's team in comparison is bigger cause Juventus has won the league the last 4 season or so).
Despite having great competitors, JOE had succeeded in becoming a starter in just a few games. Long and short there's a fair basis to compare after a few months without hearing Yoruba Yoruba |
Sports / Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by isan(m): 2:32pm On Feb 21 |
In a couple of years you meant lovewins:
Sometimes it's better to ignore arguments that lack foundation. In what world is the basis for the comparison? Right now there's none.
However, I'm glad Esther has signed a professional contract with a Spanish team just like JOE did a few weeks ago. We now have at the very least common ground for comparing both players. We'll come back to this in a few months to see. |

Don’t you think Ndidi and Onyeka would have faired better than Iwobi and Onyeka as the Double pivot in Midfield since the SE Coaches prioritizes the flanks for his games?
