It's not most it's all of them , more muscle means less cardio you get tired easily without cardio
ayubaski:
Is not about hug body and muscle, there are skill to fight them, most of those bouncers u see easily get exhausted when it comes to fight.

Op is very stupid , kizz body guard will gas 30 seconds in to the fight because of too much muscles while the soldier can go for at least 30 minutes in hand to hand combat also kizz body guard is not a trained fighter his body cannot absorb pain unlike a soldier has been trained to withstand pain

They don't deserve to be nominated for anything
GeneralDae:

Senegal, Benin, Rwanda, Guinea scoring lots of goals and conceeding none so far.

Who did ghana beat throughout the year ?
GeneralDae:

Ellis won the AWCON in 2022 and this is 2022/2023 season.

As for team of the year, it could be either of Nigeria/SA/Morocco.

Team of the year ranking (according to me)

1) South Africa (for winning AWCON)

2) Nigeria (for finishing 10th at World Cup)

3) Morocco (finished runners up at AWCON and also reached group stage at World cup debut in a group that had Germany and South Korea)

4) Zambia (third at AWCON, got first World cup win, beat Germany 3-2 in a friendly)

5) Malawi (winners of COSAFA that involved SA and Zambia)

6) Ghana (unbeaten streak this year albeit against average african teams so far).

Wetin kgatlana do ?
lovewins:

Coach of the year should be Desiree Ellis

GK of the year is undisputable Chiamaka Nnadozie

Young player of the year is Blessing Demehin, Ajakaye isn't even top 3.

Player of the year is between Oshoala/Kundananji/Kgatlana/Chawinga/Nnadozie

She's not your daughter and every kids out there are not build like your daught6
Goldsplash:
I have a daughter who is 16 and looks older than her age. Comparing her to the lady up there, I still insist on my initial statement. No hard feelings.
Sports / Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by isan(m): 12:13pm On Nov 08, 2023
What's truthful about the rubbish you just said ? Are you her mother or father ? She's 16 deal with it
Goldsplash:
Being truthful, I don't think this girl is 16. I think it is time we start doing away with this age-cheat of a thing, it doesn't pay in the long run.

Good for you since you can't watch Nollywood
juggernaut35:
Who has watched the movie Eternals? There was a particular scene I watched that really disgusted and pissed me off real bad. It involved 2 male characters passionately kissing each other, and to think that kids will also watch this movie being that it's a superhero movie is what aggravates me the more. These westerners are trying so hard to push this LGBTQ crap in our faces and it's only gonna get worse. I was so disgusted that I put aside the food I was eating. Quite disheartening to be honest. I hope the mods push this to the front page.
