Politics › Re: Why Bloomberg Is Talking Positive About Nigeria by isan(m): 1:21pm On Feb 20, 2025
So who had a deal with them when they were writing what you want about Nigeria?
Blazetrailer:
Lol....I knew it instantly as soon as I saw the report. Bloomberg is a business enterprise, out to make profit even if that appears unethical to any objective or a reasonable being. I dont read them at all.

There is a good reason no renowned economist quotes bloomberg as a source for their analysis.

Oloki:
I wonder o. We should emulate what's uplifting. Not been on the floor with those that have already falling. Imagine 95 cedes in Benin republic is equivalent to our 250,000. So disheartening
Politics › Re: Kenneth Okonkwo Resigns From LP by isan(m): 2:20pm On Feb 11, 2025
No president can adjust FX rates
Jorussia:
To do opposition politics in Nigeria is not easy at all.I don't blame Kenneth okonkwo, and I won't Judge him.The major reason 90% of Christians supported Peter Obi last elections was because of the fear of islamization from Muslim Muslim ticket.PBAT only disadvantage now is the current economic situation in the country.Unlike 2023,The president doesn't have the multiple obstacles of Health, gaffes, divided political party, religious fear and poor performance from an incumbent president to contend with in 2027.

The reason you see many opposition members are moving towards the APC,is because they know it's only the president that can fail himself 2027 and not any imaginary northern coalition. If the president can address this current fx rate which is the big elephant behind our current high inflation,he is going to have the easiest re election ever in Nigeria.

olisaEze:
In a working society everyone matters, even those who have by any means, been the cause of their own misfortunes. From the shack she’s being towed from it is apparent that she isn’t from a rich family or the political class, but everyone including the govt, is working to see her live longer. No peaceful or prosperous society is built on hate! cool

TheGoodJoe:
We are already seeing a big evolution with the way Khusanov, a central defender of Man City pushes high up the field to press midfielders from building play.

GASPERINI would have bench lookman anyway, Atalanta doesn't have squad depth to compete for 3 trophies, they need to focus on serie A
lexyman:
Atalanta without Ademola Lookmon is a Lantern .. they have been struggling since without the African best .

The secretary of sultan of sokoto is an igboman you should be more worried about that
agadez007:
MURIC director Akintola is from Umuahia
The chief imam of Lekki mosque is from Inewi
Dey deceive Yourselves but just know that sharia is already in the South west and it will stay
Politics › Re: How To End The Southwest Sharia Crisis In Less Than 24 Hrs by isan(m): 8:41pm On Jan 30, 2025
Yorubas are not so daft to mix religion with politics
CorrectionFLuid:
The fastest way to end this unfortunate Sharia issue, which is snowballing into a crisis is to make it a political problem.

The people of the southwest need to find a way to link the APC party to this crisis. Find a way to accuse the APC as having a hand in it, and link it with Tinubus insistence on Muslim Muslim ticket. Make it look like it's the plan of the APC all along (it actually might be).

Link Tinubus insistence on dual Muslim ticket, El rufai's comments after the elections, and Buharis body language during his tenure.

Back it up with threats of voting in another political party come 2027.

Do this and the matter will end with the month of January.

Politics › Re: Attention: Did You Know That There Is No Hausa Among Northern State Governors by isan(m): 8:42am On Jan 18, 2025
I wish igbos will also accommodate like the hausas and make Fulani the governors of their 5 states , as far as the fulanis are performing, dressing and speaking igbo everything is fine
SmartPolician:
It shows how accommodating and influential they are. Many minority tribes in the north have dropped their languages to embrace Hausa as their language; the same way Australians dropped their native language to adopt English. Hausas are the real accommodators cheesy

All the females teams wey NFF dey treat bad nah igboman dey coach dem ? The only reason i think Amuneke is not getting the job is because of his track record and most of the time he's always jobless , if Amuneke can take any African team to CAF champions League final or semis or quarter there's no way he won't get the Job
TheGoodJoe:
Story. Amunike's case is pure ethnicity. They know he is good. If Amunike was a Northerner or Yoruba man, he would have landed that job in a flash. Let us tell ourselves the truth. That was why his U17 team was the most sabotaged and his U20 suffered the same. That was why they had a cold reception after winning the U17 World Cup.

Unless you have a credible reason, I only see his ethnicity as the problem.

Don't overate this European countries, a few exchange of barrels of crude oil should convince Finland..... Afterall Ekpa is just an African why will they struggle over him ?
slimfit1:
What a waste of lawyers money, Finland will never release him to Nigeria. He has a case to answer in Finland first before it will be your turn so we are looking at 10 to 15 years first before your extradition process will start. This is not Kenya Finland laws doesn't recognise Nigerian court as much as you think. They know that Nigerian judiciary is a joke. So calm down. It's the independent Finland court that will decide his faith not Finland government. In addition Finland justice system cannot influence court decision making like Nigerian courts. The guy is in a 5 star prison. Nigerian government think Finland government is like Kenya you are wrong.

35 children died
Kewtt:
Very unfortunate that 35 kids died...tragic and traumatic. But did she kill 35 children? Why were they breaking down the gate and jumping fences? Ogbeni rest.

I believe they would have carried the police along too.

This is a real case of victimisation not the Dele Farotimi shenanigans.

Queen Naomi needs psychological traumatic services. Because as at this time I don't believe she can be okay at all.
