Follow up the dispute with the link they provided sha. I made mistake once in the past. Didn't know i had to check the proposals on the dispute page. I was just waiting. Next thing i saw that dispute was closed. Had to contact support again.

I was chatting with a AliExpress live agent and making inquiry about my order that took 100+days. She says that the order took long time and ask if I want to open dispute.............. the app just freeze i dont know whether its a network or is from my phone. When the app resumes working i realized that the cc agent opened dispute on my behalf and BP remains 4days.

Should i cancel and open when BP is exhausted?

Just signify if you've received an item dispatched on July 8

Also those dispatch on 25th june

I went to po to check for my order which took about 97days but they told me that they did not call me and that my parcel did not arrive.
And i told him i came last about 40days ago to check for the parcel, that he should check it for me and he was like it is not their fault blah blah.... that its from lagos and they only receive goods 2 times a week............

What i notice every time i went their is that if they did not called u. They will not help to check ur parcel or even track it.

They will be like they did not received it and u should only come when they do.

I just left...

My order of May 16, which was dispatched on 25th of June is yet to reach the post office and stuck at dispatch to oversea. No further updates since then.
After investigation by the nipost officials, I was told that my item is not moving hence the reason for no update since it was dispatched to oversea.

Pls Could it be that because it’s not showing usual edi-recieved is the reason why nipost is not seeing it on their database

We are in the same boat. Don’t know what to do now.

Just request for extension of one month. For all you care, your item might be in Nigeria already but NIPOST laziness is delaying delivery.

30 days extra will have tipped the item transit days to more than 100 days, so in worst case scenario when your item does not arrive or does not get delivered, more than 100 days in transit should further increase your chances of getting favourable trade dispute arbitration.

Collected last week monday.

The problem might be from NIPOST because the seller keep telling me to go and collect at post office but when i got their they will tell me it did not arrive, but later they call me to come and pick it.

I also have anoda package that stuck at dispatch to overseas via 4px/SG since 25 june
