What theoritical frameworks can one use for any of these teachers variables TEACHERS EXPERIENCE, TEACHERS COMPETENCE, TEACHERS GENDER, And TEACHERS QUALIFICATION...
Am presently working on my theses which involves all these variables and am required to provide a theoretical framework for each. Thanks in anticipation to your Scholary contributions.

Ameen o.. It's easy to construct instrument to measure teachers qualification ND experience.. Bt how do one measure teachers competence.... As for students academic performance I know I can use Dre scores in physics on Dre past exam to measure dt one

I will candidly advise that you delimit the scope of your research, and I think the proposed research topic should reflect this. For instance, the topic can read: Influence of Teachers' qualification, experience and competence on students' academic performance in Physics: A case study of selected secondary schools in Surulere Local Government.

Tanks it's delimited already I just did not put the scope of the topic for confidential reasons

Yea.. I actually came up with research questions ND hypothesis... Bt I needed suggestions to know how to modify d one I came up with.. Moreover, coming up with dis things aren't my real problem.. My problem is knowing d relevant method of analysis to be employed.. Mind u I have 3 independent variables against one dependent variable.

Am presently working on my thesis... INFLUENCE OF TEACHERS QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCE ON STUDENTS ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE IN SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL PHYSICS..

I need ur helps on what possible research questions, hypothesis can be deduced from the above topic.. And what statistical analysis will suite the suggested hypothesis..
