Jst ensure dat, those ur Saturdays and Sundays are Saturdays and Sundays (if u know wad I mean).
How far do u run? Wow great... 3.8km (just trying to Meet NDA standard) Saturdays are constant, but I do skip Sunday at times. But with this encouragement I’m getting here, I won’t miss those two days again |

Bifrost: Ah...when you said very tall, I was expecting 1.88m above
You need to loose some weight for your BMI to fall within 18.5–25.0 (to be safe).
With your 1.79m and 91kg, your BMI is 28.4. That's like overweight. Thanks man appreciate |

Bifrost: First of all, how tall are you?
Your height should be commensurate with your weight. If you check your BMI
modified: To be safe listen to the man up there and cut down your weight. I’m 1.79m approximately 5’9ft tall bro The BMI is 28.4 based on the calculation put up at the other page, is it okay sir? |

Evening house, does the Nigeria military has a standard weight for people.
Like today at the office I checked my weight I was 91kg. Though I’m not looking fat, just built and tall. Having doubt mind if the kilogram is too much for applicant or I need to reduce it before screening. |
