Gentlemen, pls kindly note that the Armed forces has no equivalent with any other service other than the three services. A 2lt in the Army is way too senior to a police ASP, pls dont get it wrong to equate Lt. COL with a police ACP...NO!

I'm now confused here oo, another replied me that Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) can sign. I don't want to give a lower ranking police that the army never stipulate. The info has been removed from their site which I wanted to check
