fheyizsmart: Thanks, applying for Masters of Social Works in Monash University cos i just started the process yesterday thinking i could go with the july batch and to my dismay my agent told me July is not open for the course except im interested in changing course which i dont want. Another option is to change school but most schools in Vic only have intakes in Feb hence i need to wait till next year to resume
My concern is that, can i still commence the visa application process once admission is out lets say before March against Feb 2020 resumption or i need to wait till its few months to resumption. Thanks.
Please apply as soon as you get the admission. But be ready for the waiting process because your visa will only be issued a few months before your resumption date. It’s far better than applying late. Good luck 1 Like |

fheyizsmart: Good day guys, please is a physical interview at the embassy required before Australia Student Visa can be granted? No physical interview. But you need to go for medical and biometrics at your preferred venue. That’s all. All other documents and communication would be done online. Goodluck! |

What does notification of incorrect answer mean please? Were you requested by your CO to provide it or you willingly provided it yourself after you gave the reply to natural justice? Notification of Incorrect answer means exactly what it reads. Notifying the authorities that you answered question(s) incorrectly in your application. I willingly provided it myself about 2 weeks after my Natural Justice reply. |

Thanks. My agent did this rubbish for me. Holding unto God for redemption. Please what agency did you use? Did you declare the refusal to your agent before applying? If you did, what's your agent's reason for not declaring? Ask him/her You could say oversight of your agent but like I said earlier, that route is dicey. I heard of a lady in a similar situation that claimed she didn't see the question properly when filling the forms because of her terrible eye problems which she had previously indicated. She also attached medical reports for glaucoma from different govt hospitals in different years. Her application was successful and she was granted. The important factor is that there's a prima facie intent to deceive in the eye of the VO and you must work to rebut that impression. Please people, before you hire an agent, do your due diligence. Ask questions. Ask for referrals from their successful applicants. Most importantly, don't rely entirely on your agent. Follow the processes yourself. Monitor your agents. Demand the best service. Do some research too to be knowledgeable about everything. Demand that they don't submit anything without your approval. Go through everything, every time. |

MJ888: Thanks for your response. I received Natural Justice response from the department for not declaring I had a history of visa refusal with Canada. The case officer wants me to comment on it. I need ideas because this is critical. Please, if u can advice on what to do/say in response. Thanks
Let's start with your reasons for not declaring. Did you handle your application yourself or through an agent? If you handled it yourself, may I ask why you didn't declare the refusal? If through an agent, I'm wondering if you could blame the agent. However, note that once you blame your agent, there could be a plot twist and your VO may deem your agent incompetent and negligent. Consequently, it may be deemed that all the information contained in your application are questionable and the result will be an immediate refusal. |

Hi, fam,
Well, in my own opinion I believe you can study alone. Get the material, download videos from YouTube and take time to explore. I did the same when I wanted to sit for TOEFL. Thank God I excelled. I believe you can do the same. God help you. So true. I studied alone for IELTS and I got an overall band of 8.0. You can do it if you set your heart to it. Be encouraged. 1 Like |
