Yo guys,, please my wife has passed her medicals since October 28. No word from IRCC. In September, they requested additional documents which we submitted. Its been reviewing additional documents since then. Is it possible for them to pass medicals when they've not completed all eligibility checks?

Kindly share your timeline with us so as to be able to diagnose the problem.

I did not miss any document. It was all because I wrote the P.O Box address as my residential address. What they should have ignored.

We need updates from individuals here. Pls, let us be keeping ourselves posted.

I have suffered two rejections of my application already (in complete application, they say), I hope my third attempt becomes fruitful. Two months wasted to get AOR!

Good news, just got a Passport Request letter for my family members who I applied for to reunite with their kid who is in Canada temporarily. This week has good news awaiting everyone. They had a previous application which i submitted in March 2020. The new application was submitted on Dec 1.

The Spouse sponsorship takes 12months to complete. However, there is a programme called dual intent: It simply means you can submit a sponsorship application and visitors visa separately to bridge the distance between you and your spouse.

Point of note: Visitors visa is not often guarantee when you don't have sufficient fund and ties in your country of origin.

You got married this year and got your spouse visa approved this same year? I thought it takes 12 months

Permanent residence it is. However, we ve corrected the error and resubmitted yesterday

My application got rejected. My wife mailed it to IRCC 4 weeks ago, and we received the application back from IRCC yesterday.
The reason behind the rejection was that the application was incomplete
