If yes, ensure that you apply for the School of Basic and Remedial Studies (SBRS Funtua) because with a minimum of 2 points and the approved minimum point for JAMB (usually 180), your admission is secured. SBRS is Ahmadu Bello University remedial school situated in Funtua, Katsina state. It is a standard school equipped with all that is required to prepare you for the university (enough lecture theatres, classes & hostels, excellent lecturers, well equipped labs e.t.c.). I believe that 12 months of intense lectures and practicals from 7am-5pm coupled with weekly tests is enough remedial to a willing student.

*.APPLICATION AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
(a) Basic (IJMB) Studies Programmei. Candidates for this programme must possess a minimum offive (5) credits including English Language and Mathematics in not more than two sittings
(b) Remedial Studies Programme. Candidates for this programme must possess at least three (3) credits in science subjects (in not more than one sitting)
Duration of both programs is 12 months.

Even though I understood wat u said, you can only guess what pushed her. The effect of the menace in the NE is very worrisome as so many women have witnessed in their presence their husband and all their sons shot or slaughtered by aome arrogant fools. That's more than breaking point my broda, be it a woman or not, it is unbearable and you may feel like going to whatever extent to avenge having lost everything. The stories are really pathetic.
