Well, I would like to recruit hard-working hawkers who would sell or hawk goods within a market. To this end, I would like to recruit some hawkers who would have the prospect of building their own future. Accommodation and a rewarding percentage will be offered. Ok, I believe that it's a fair deal to recruit hard-working hawkers who would sell or hawk goods within a market. There are free products that are just offered in order to woe the fallible and gullible surfers and there are very good or excellent free products that could be compared with or even excel pricey ones. The important factor seems to be its usefulness to the person possessing it. Or simply put, a product’s usefulness is determined by its usability. An understanding of the five characteristics of usability – effective, efficient, engaging, error tolerant, easy to learn – helps guide the design tasks with the goal of usable products. There is no doubt that the word "usability" has become a catchphrase for products that work better for their users, but it is difficult to pin down just what people mean based on prevalent bogus explanations all over the web. It should be borne in mind that usability does not eliminate errors. This assumes, of course, that the designer has not created an annoying or over-controlling interface in the name of effectiveness. The quality of the user assistance built into any interface can have a strong impact on effectiveness. An error tolerant program is designed to prevent errors caused by the user’s interaction, and to help the user in recovering from any errors that do occur. Note that a highly usable interface might treat error messages as part of the interface, including not only a clear description of the problem, but also direct links to choices for a path to correct the problem. However, it is important to note that it is possible for an interface to become intrusive, or too actively predictive. For those errors which are out of the control of the interface – system failures or other disasters – we can always take a lesson from flight attendants and quietly, calmly guide the user through the process of helping the program recover from the problem. Hardly would any person who has been online for a short period of one week could not have come across free offers on the net. The commonality of free products and varied methods of its promotion is ubiquitous. Free is an enticing word—especially in today’s economic climate. But according to Rafi Mohammed, author of The Art of Pricing, it might be the wrong one to use when it comes to designing a promotion. Sadly, some organizations promote beyond their capacities or resources. In a recent promotion done by KFC, the result was devastating, and what happened? Customers who visited the show’s Web site and downloaded a coupon for a free grilled chicken dinner flooded stores, and KFC couldn’t accommodate the heavy traffic. “We expected a high redemption for the free meals based on previous promotions done by Oprah, but we did not anticipate the actual demand,” KFC spokesperson Laurie Schalow said in an e-mail. There is no doubt that any meaningful free promotion should be geared towards enhancing customer experience, not for once, but as a permanent foundation in leveraging the interaction with an initial avalanche of customers who want to capitalize on the opportunity of obtaining a free product. One might inquire as to what is the genuine customer experience and how different is that from customer service? More importantly, one might also ask how important is customer experience? People Don’t Buy Products, They Buy Better Versions of Themselves. MP3 players had been around for quite a while, what was so different about the iPod? Of course, people argued many things were different, but one of the key aspects was how Jobs marketed and presented it: “1,000 songs in your pocket” There is the famous story about Steve Jobs when he invented the iPod and everyone in the news and the rest of the tech industry scratched their head a little. MP3 players had been around for quite a while, what was so different about the iPod? Features vs. benefits – how to grasp the difference Here’s how my friend at one of the best organizations in the world explained features vs benefits. When you’re trying to win customers, are you are listing the attributes of the flower or describing how awesome it is to throw fireballs? It also included this Tweet from Nichole Ekeh on the topic: When I read about this some more, I found some great blog posts that broke it down even further. One from the idea crossing blog describes features as “what your product or service has or does” and benefits as “what the features mean and why they are important.” In fact, oftentimes products contain features, that are absolutely unused, which can be a big source of waste. So, it seems like features are the “what” of your product or service, while benefits are the “why” behind it. I also found a really neat, old marketing quote that’s often attributed to Theodore Levitt . He attributes it to Leo McGinneva, on why people buy quarter-inch drill bits: They don’t want quarter-inch bits. Marketing the drill bit based on its features (it fits into your drill) wouldn’t be as successful in this case as marketing it based on the benefits (you can create a quarter-inch hole). So after all of this thorough examination, I finally distilled the difference into a sentence that I think makes it easy to distinguish between features and benefits: A feature is what your product does; a benefit is what the customer can do with your product. My submission in this article is based on the following premise: (1) That there are effective and usable free products (2) That free product promotion could at times contain great surprises (3) That free product could have both good features and great benefits and satisfy the “Why” for the user (4) That the usefulness inherent in a free product is not lost because it is offered free (5) That free product offers could offer benefits that excel beyond pricey ones. (6) And that a free product could create a clear customer experience Please verify whether this could be true: http:///kC6ma0 |
That's is not the best of fruits for this country. |
I had made my comments in what could be seen as in a matured and responsible way. Little did I realize that there are babies who are very parochial, uninformed and untutored on the site. I did not and will not find it necessary to condemn any denomination or group. I laid the source of any weaknesses on the Catholic Church- as a demonstration of humility, but not that we are weak. The Judgement should be left for God. As a Catholic, I have encountered people at different levels of different denominations or Churches and have not found them living better Christian lives than me. I have received tens of invitations inviting me to come and become pastor in different Churches, but I proudly and gratefully remain a Catholic. Through my practise of the true and authentic faith in Christ, many Catholics who had left the Church have come back. The Catholic Church "owns" the bible, died to save it, was persecuted in preserving it over the centuries- close to two thousand years, suffered and was badly tortured in trying to spread the Gospel. So I do not see how a baby born today will feel it reads and understands the bible better its father that is 2000 yrs old, to whom the message was entrusted and has ever since remained custodian of the Truth by the power of the Holy Spirit. We do not and will never make a public flaunting of our knowledge of the Scriptures nor interpret or apply it for selfish ends. It is not a business tool in our hands, neither do we use it to exploit the ignorant. By the biblical fact that those who live in fellowship with Christ cannot be separated from God now (Romans 8:31) and will never be separated from this union by death (Rm 8:31, Mark 9:2-13), those who die in Christ continue with the ever ending of fellowship and intercession for the living. Our Lord's encounter with the "dead" Moses and Elijah is a sound proof of the fact that Our God is a God of the living and not of the dead. For this, we do confidently and rightly ask for the intercession of the righteous ones who are sleeping in Christ. If you can ask your pastor whose future is very much uncertain to pray for you, I do not see why I cannot ask the holy and righteous Children of God- like Mother Mary and other saints to pray for me ( for us - you and I ) and our country Nigeria. We acknowledge that not every of our officials or priests live 100% upright. But please show me that pastor that lives righteously and does not exploit the poor and hungry members of his Church for his personal development. |
There are a lot of reasons why our present young ones seem to be leaving the Catholic Church, and some of these reasons are but not limited to these: (1) People who live their Catholic faith in ignorance are bound to leave when they come in contact with members of other churches . (2) In the past, there were little or no challenges from people of other denominations- specifically, from the Pentecostals. Today, their friends challenge them with biblical passages that most often are wrongly applied and confuse them with it. (3) Being ignorant of their own faith, they easily fall into the way of those that can coordinate their presentations. (4) Very few Catholic youths make out time to know their faith. But when they are pulled into the new Churches, they will begin to sleep in those places. (5) The Catholic authorities are not taking seriously the need to work on their youths,. It is not enough to baptise without following the person up. (6) The old approach of allowing people to grow and find their faith no longer works. (7) If I had not worked to know and understand my Catholic faith, I would have since left the Church in the face of challenges from the new Churches. |
