I'm going to try to be concise

I Live in A 3 bedroom flat with my uncle and his family, I stay with them to cut cost of my transport to school..
It's a really big compound 2buildings 10tenants.
My Suspects Are The people Who live above and opposite our flats...

Suspect 1: This Family Has 5kids they're extremely Jealous of my uncle family, They monitor his kids and virtually every thing they've a kid of age 17 he's not in college whereas my uncle child of the same age is in year 2 so they're a bitter family

suspect 2: Four kids all boys Major trouble makers in the compound ...They've been accused of theft and caught numerous occasions...


A laptop worth 80k was stolen along side Head phones worth 10k
So clearly it was a Kid who did it.
The kitchen door was open
Please How do I Carry on the case since I have no proof
