If you read my posts carefully you would understand I want those infrastructure to be on per with the developed nations. The only hope for smooth refining in nigeria is the dangote refinery billed for lagos and when nigeria privatizes her 3 refineries.All this Refineries MOUs are all fake.No one is will to fund them.
