IPOB on the other hand are citizens of Nigeria who are agitating to change their status and break out because they feel they have been marginalized by the Government of the day. Every IPOB member is or was a legit citizen of Nigeria. ISWAP, BOKO and Herdsman, mostly were never citizens of Nigeria. They found their way in, through the weakest border in Africa, by strong religious affiliations with some people who only profess one Nigeria with the lips but owe allegiance to a different constitution called Sharia.
IPOB is not fuelled by an ideology, Is open to negotiations and aren't armed and are indigenes of their geographical locations by ancestral rights and legacies. So it is not a terrorist Organization.
