@all, If u / your application is clean, you have nothing to fear about the posts. As far as i'm concerned, there is no need to clean up the posts. |
@ geotherm --- Congrats @ Jesus4all -- Congrats @all, is there anybody planning to go to university of waterloo next fall? I just want to see if we could rub minds together on the blog. I'm heading to that school 4 M.ENG by his grace. I've been silent follower on this thread cos am still at the teething stage and learning a great deal from the gurus |
@ all, Some of the comments here in the past 5days shows the level of maturity of most of us. This is an educative forum where we need to tolerate each other and respect other people's opinion irrespective of how the post is 'coined'. There is a time to talk, to respond and to ignore some comments and face the subject matter. I'll implore all parties exchanging 1 or 2 words to cool down and go back to status quo of what this thread is meant for @JUSTWISE - some people complain that you are too harsh (I differ from that school of thought) when it comes to moderating threads, but I want to tell you this; your harshness/expertise in banning & locking some posts is highly needed here in order not to derail this wonderful thread. keep doing what you know how to do best. God bless you real good Justwise |
Thanks Fhemmmy for the info, will keep the blog updated about my application when i start the processing |
U really pull a smart one on me, that's d koko and aim of the lenghty question ![]() |
I saw on their site too that the spouse can get work permit while there for the duration of my stay. i just need clarification on the viability of this aspa application coming from nigeria cos i believe it might be the norms for other guys applying from a diff country |
@fhemmmy, Thanks for the response, I'll be going for M.ENG by God's grace for a course based Electrical and Computer engineering in Univ of Waterloo, the duration of the course is approx 18 mths but can be completer earlier. Tuition fee + miscellaneous is ard USD35k while i plan to have extra USD15K for wify upkeep. NB: the funding aspect is not an issue, all what i want to guard against is the probability of getting the VISA for both of us otherwise i can apply singly and call for her after spending 6mths there as a full student as stipulated on their website. I'll appreciate your opinion and advice. It's open to others to drop one or 2 hints Thanks all, I really appreciate the efforts of guys giving concrete info here |
I'll appreciate if anyone can proffer answer to my questions. I'm married with no kid and planning to go for my master program in Canada for fall next year and I want my wife to accompany me, what is the probability of getting the study permit VISA putting in mind that funding is not an issue. If there is anybody on this blog that have gotten his/her visa in line with the scenario above, kindly advise. Thank you all |
OK, Thanks |
Thank you Justwise for the concise info |
justwise:This is the first I'm applying for UK VISA, I didn't say we are applying separately, I just asked those questions in order to get clarifications Kindly highlight how to go with the application without any issue by answering those questions i asked At least you've told us to apply as a couple Thank you |
@ JUSTWISE & OTHERS We (I and my wife) are planning to apply for UK Visa for the first time in the coming week and I really want you to advise on how to go about it. 1) Are we submitting separate application 2) She's a business woman while I work in a financial institution with a good acct turnover, payslip in place and letter of intro will be issued to me by my office 3) she maintain a good account, can we combine bth acct in our application 4) When getting the letter of introduction from my brother who has a residence permit visa, is he going to issue 1 letter of intro or singly to us |
sunfag:Mail sent to your mail addy, thank you |
I have a truck leaving UK next weekend but still have space left inside, if you have any good you want to transport to Lagos, Nigerial, you can reach me on 08096465202. Price is fair |
yeye4live:You are absolutely right, I've been watching the guy post for over 2 weeks now and I can categorically say the guy (Y2KAUSTIN) is a SCAM and an errand boy, I opened a thread https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-737855.0.html#msg8942614 specifically for him because of his non realistic pay he's offering on haulage business. If anybody has a contrary opinion about him or have transacted a clean business with him, kindly fill us in |
Ojodu, Lagos |
If you deal N7,400 per box, I'll clear all Mind you, you will arrange the delivery to my end if you agree with my proposal |
Thank you but it's way too expensive, I can't afford that cos am a wholesaler |
I'm interested and I've just sent you a mail. Thank you |
Hi guys, am in the process of engaging one of these haulage guys (Y2KAUSTIN, LOLOSTIC, FRESH_DUDE, DIPSON 2009 & CO ) offering juicy payment for their services. If you have engaged them in anyway, kindly fill us in with your experience with them |
wizup:Am waiting for your response, I'm interested in the goods, i can clear all if the price is fair and just |
Hi, am interested in the huggies. How much are u selling per box. Kindly reply |
I'm short of words, just that am a bit careful cos I'm somehow suspicious about the DR. My husband called him sometimes ago and his readiness to come down to our place is something I can't comprehend, he did all the calling prior to the day of appointment to the extent that my husband too wasn't comfortable and had to call off the meeting. Dear DR (that's if u are one), integrity, honesty and openness should be your watch word. Y lifting docs from another site verbatim and you claimed you composed them off hand (I just checked the site and it was lifted word for word), this is not ideal. Like ARLINGTON said, don't let us be too desperate, rely on GOD and wait for your time. I rest my case |
drhaastrup:Thank you DR, enjoy the rest of the evening |
Thank you DR for your assistance, lecture and analysis. I'll keep u posted as soon as i get HORMONAL test result. Just a question for you; what is the success rate of IUI in Nigeria |
Tem01:Dr, can u please offer your opinion on the bolded part of question asked @ Tem01 Pls does making love with my husband after my ovulation reduce my chances of getting pregnant. I mean if by chance i get pregnant during my ovulation and i meet with my husband let say a week to the time i'm suppose to see my next period, can it make it to come down even before i know that i'm pregnant |
Thank you for the prompt response, my cycle is normal 28 days, i'll keep u posted as soon as i get the hormonal test results |
Thank you DR for opening this thread, I've been TTC for 18 months now, did series of test ranging from hormonal, HSG, swap and my husband did seminal analysis test which all came out well with no issue detected by the doctor but up till now I've never conceived for once. I just don't know why the delay. As i'm typing this am on my way to the clinic as I've just been told to do Hormonal test, today been day 3 of my cycle, i'm on my way for the FSH. BTW, am 29 yrs, my hussy is 32 Kindly advise literally on what i can do, the doc make mention of me repeating HSG which am not comfortable with |
