Yours should come soon… I know a couple of people that I’ve been following with similar case.. They also got an update around the same time. I think they are trying to clear their logs for the year and not roll-over… Dont worry, be hopeful, it’s already on it’s way. Are u still in Nigeria by the way?

`this is very similar to mine... finished biometrics 21st july. it took 3months too... `and one kid still pending. I'm glad they have finally decided to move on with the last application by asking for a medical... hopefully should get a reply soon.\

My advice would be, keep sending 'em webforms, and if it's a lawyer handling it like ours, keep sending emails to know about the updates. `Have u left the country yet or waiting for ur kid approval... They tend to relax more when you arrive the country. If u can still wait i think u should.

Yes we did upfront but did not do for her as the Lawyer also said she was underage… She was 5months old as at that time

I've had it evaluated a long time ago... It wasnt a compulsory requirement for ur close work permit but i still submitted though

Good evening everyone! Please anyone who has had a delay on their kids visa and finally gotten it should please update us on the timeline ... This is really worrisome as its neither a rejection nor approval.

It’s been a month too… no reasons whatsoever. We thought it would only take a couple of days … alWe are hopeful

I submitted application for SOWP for myself and study for my 2 kids on January 25.

May 5th my SOWP was approved but nothing for the children. On my application it shows background check and eligibility as on going and the final decision is your application is approved. They have also sent the letter that i should send my passport for the visa.

Please what can i do to make the children's application be released on time.
We have all done our medicals.

Guys I am officially tired, please apart from waiting what else would you suggest and advise. My kids has gotten PPR since last week Tuesday, my husband's BVL dropped on Wednesday the following day, but until now, no PPR. Have been sending mails and webform yet no response whatsoever. Sent the kids passport for stamping yesterday (probably it will make them look at the file). What do Y'all suggest to be the next step?

Congratulations! This is exactly my situation and my last daughter’s application is still pending. any news yet on your kid? If yes? Was there anything you did?

i want to send an email to ircc about my daughter's application.

i need an advise if this is the right thing to do because we hired a lawyer to help with the application and he charges extra for every email sent. Can i send an email myself, how do i reference the application as i have no single detail about it except our stamped passports which arrived a few days ago. It's exactly 4weeks and no words on my daughter's visa yet

I do not have other details as it was handled by my lawyer. There is no word on our second daughter application yet
