Good day everyone, for those that applied for menial job in Canada and have their application pending for some time now any update at all? My cousin been waiting for approval for the past 12 months from the IRCC. Anyone experiencing this same delay? The gurus in the house please help

If you submit the LMIA document when you applied ( which you should have done) you have nothing to worry about. Except you saw it through the GCMS note that the officer highlighted it.

I applied for my LMIA work permit since July,2022.
I got my GCMS notes today and i noticed the LMIA number on my application has an error.

Please how can i fix this? I’ve sent webforms and emailed nairobi office and other, and all i’m getting back is automated replies.
I’ve called IRCC and they referred me back to Nairobi.

For those that has also once made mistake in their application, Please Do I need to submit a fresh application?

Sometimes it might be that u applied for the wrong visa too.. visit instead of student..

There is a lady with similar situation on this platform and she got them visa 2weeks after reapplying for the right category for her kids

Mid Year May/ June or earlier. Though u might find some Agencies saying there's Work Permit available probably 50/50. Just prepare enough funds for your processing very important.

So I had a chat with him on Canada work visa, he requested for CV and later told me to pay LMIA fee of 1200cad. I don’t know if its right.Please anyone with useful information should please reply.

I don't hear any from IRCC ...I rasie a webform on my own with informating d agent more than 5time .....just still processing....the agent now advice we should apply for work ...he applied on my behalf on January and we got medical request January 30 ..
