Saintmary: Drink water, you'll be fine las las
Just leave people to find love wherever they see it, and for how long they want it.
If they divorce and find love again, e no concern you, at least you're not feeding them.
Most women are suffering in their marriages because they didn't set boundaries before marriage, but you won't understand, would you?
Women like Kemi who won't take nonsense took their time to find their type, now you're hating.
Please just face front abeg. I don't have a problem with evening newspapers. I just want us to not lie to ourselves. Pocohantas made it seem as if evening newspapers find the best of men. They don't. Statistics and biology don't agree. Young, vibrant women do. This is the truth. And as Jesus said, the truth WILL set us free |

SugarGirl44: So funny. So a divorced or widowed man is not a 'quality' man according to you right? Lolzz... A widowed or divorced woman is actually low quality. I'm only making comparisons |

nenyewrites: Even women under 30 meet the same set of men you mentioned and still settle. Instead of trying to shame a woman because she is in her 40s, why don't you ask your gender why they're unaccomplished and rejected. Oscar is definitely not a low quality man, but we won't deny that low quality men exist and I'm sensing you're one of them. Now ask yourself, why you're low quality and try to do something about it, so some women won't have to "settle" for you or your wife won't have to endure low quality, if you're married. Under 30s have the luxury to be choosy. Over 30s don't. Biology is not your mate. I'm a man, if I choose to wait till 60 to marry, I will still find ANY woman of my choice. Your skin would be wrinkled when you're 40 years of age. You don't have that luxury |

Calm down and maybe you will be able to make a meaningful connection with someone who will stay with you. Nobody loves me NOW. Thats why I'm focused on being better and bigger and richer. When I achieve these, I will land the love of ANY lady I desire. You don't have that luxury |

Can you see?
Is it not better to have few quality followers than allow every dross of society around you in the name of popularity?
He's obviously on another level and still Kemi could command his attention!
Now, that's impressive! Any man can land an evening newspaper. Just show commitment and be serious about marrying her, and thats it. |

Saintmary: Wow.
A woman who works on herself will meet a quality man whether at 30, 40, 50 or even later.
The point is to continue self development regardless of marital status. Stop comforting some people abeg. A lady in her 40s would not meet a quality man. She'd meet divorced men, unaccomplished men, rejected men, widowed men, etc. The phrase man na man is a phrase older ladies use to comfort themselves when they finally land a man |

PDPGuy: Per your last sentence, I know of NIGERIAN women (of Igbo extraction) in their early 30s who either foot 85% of their “white” wedding, or offered to foot the the entire wedding bills. So, sometimes, a much younger woman can be so in love with a man that they can go the extra mile for him. This is the exception, not the norm |

e316: Well said!
lol @ dare not put on generator before 7pm Nothing well said there. Older ladies hardly meet high class men. Only a very minute fraction of accomplished young men would get married to a lady in her 30s. Desperation is a thing for over 30 ladies. They just need a man during that time; any man. The only age group of ladies that are choosy are those in the 20s. These ones have the luxury to be choosy. Over 30s don't |

DontBullshitMe: Stop typing shit. The highlighted sentence exposes how naive and narrow minded you are in thoughts and experience.
First of all, that dude has no Wikipedia page so I'm wondering what's special about him. I read a few things about him and his line of job is not really clear. Some sites claim he's a producer. Some claim he is a talent manager. You are here saying 20+ year old ladies cannot get him. Let him try to show interest in all those Unilag babes and see how he will be thrashed. Broke ass nigga waiting to get fed by a grandma.
It's easy to get a 40+ old woman nah. The only thing you really need is the promise of commitment and then have something you are doing - A semblance to a job. Not necessarily a job sev. The next thing nah wedding so they can pepper those people who think it's too late for them. They don't even care funding the wedding 100%. Stay there and be deceiving yourself. Na the 40 idiots wey like that comment I blame. 20 year olds are settling for rich, well famous guys. Kemi, an evening newspaper, landed herself a nobody, but thats the same guy, a fellow evening newspaper as herself, pocohantas is hyping. These ladies no get sense at all. I mean, there's nothing as easy for a guy as landing an evening newspaper. Those ones no get value. They come at a very cheap price. |

Politics › Re: APC, Buhari Seek Court Dismissal Of Appeal To Swear-In Atiku by ityP(m): 5:39pm On Feb 09, 2022 |
Ladiesdoctor: It's not Bola Tinubu that elected buhari. This is a myth that has been sold in the media, but it is not true at all! If Bola Tinubu could elect anyone, he would have done it in 2011 with Atiku.
buhari was elected because the NewPDP block broke out of PDP in 2014 and effectively rendered the party defeated. If the newPDP block had not broken away, along with the North vowing to return to power by all means necessary, a thousand Bola Tinubus would never have been able to elect buhari. The internal betrayal of GEJ was so bad that even Muazu, his own chairman, was working against him and this was down to one thing; the North wanted to return to power. Bola Tinubu was a sectional leader in 2013/2014, whose only influence was in the SW.
He had no national spread or appeal. He couldn't have elected a president in Nigeria. Not even with a thousand bullion vans. OBJ, Abdusalam, Atiku, Saraki, and all the other major players, who broke away from PDP in 2014, practically killed it at the time.
That was why this same group, took over the legislative arm in 2015 and Tinubu was left in the cold. Tinubu's ability to elect a president on his own is one of those myths that many have bought that is quite laughable.
The only reason the North doesn't bother to debunk this false narrative is because they are smart enough to realize that the alternative narrative is that they betrayed GEJ, and they don't want that narrative out there in the open.
They prefer to have the Tinubu narrative & allow him bask in his self delusion. Nobody really sends Tinubu outside of Lagos. If the APC presents Tinubu & the PDP presents a northern candidate, the PDP will win easily. The North don't vote for party. They vote for their interest.
Tinubu is grossly overrated by the media hype. The last time Tinubu put this his self delusional hype to test, he sent a recorded video message to Edo State indigenes to support Ize Iyamu for governorship election. What was the result of that move? It cost Ize Iyamu the election. In which he lost woefully.
It was so bad that it created a winning slogan for Obaseki, "Edo no be Lagos!". Tinubu's influence on Nigeria's election is a myth. Even Tinubu's influence on Lagos elections is also a myth.
If it were not a myth, he wouldn't require the use of thugs during Lagos elections. In the last presidential elections, thugs had to go around disrupting elections in perceived PDP strongholds. A man who has Lagos support like he claims won't require that to win elections.
Most elections in Lagos are won by slim margins. buhari won GEJ in Lagos in 2015 by a slim margin, even after all the manipulations and thuggery. Also, nobody has the means or ability to bribe the whole of Nigeria to win a presidential candidate election. That is another myth.
Nigeria's presidential elections are not determined by money but by religious, tribal and sectional sentiments.
© Mebele Okugbo I went back to the results of 2015 presidential elections and I must say, you have a point. I would honestly want to see Tinubu become APC candidate and if possible, test this theory of yours. But I must confess, your write up makes sense |

Besides, no political appointee at any level, be it a minister, commissioner or board chairman, can vote or be voted for during primaries. This is true. These senators are Tinubu's stooges. Their plans won't work |
