Only one fully finished 2-bedroom bungalow remains at the ₦45 million outright price. Once it is sold, the 2-bedroom moves to ₦55 million outright or ₦65 million on the 6-month payment plan.

All homes are delivered fully finished, with an expected delivery time of about three months. The 6-month payment plan starts with a 20% down payment.
