Frankrobbn1: Ivan12,
That's what most agent do, there are particular bank statements they use for visa application, most especially when the applicant family are not buoyant enough to stand up as a sponsor to them. So, They use this bank statement and other fraudulent documents as the sponsor to the applicant. I believe the AGENT, will frame up an inspirational story and advise the applicant in question to search for other country. I am sure the agent will still collect his money! I feel bad for the applicant! A few research online would have helped him and prevented him from five years! |

When an agent starts giving 100% assurance you will have your TRV APPROVED! You should start thinking if it is legit because no agent can assure 100% |

Frankrobbn1: Ivan12, Even at that, he will still get the 5 years ban. For saying "NO" on the study permit questionnaire that he didn't use an agent is part of misrepresentation. From the rubric,i found that they submitted the same financial statement and sponsor to different applicants, so the information collides with other applicants applications with them, together with fraudulent employment establishment of the applicant sponsor and was asked by the Visa officer to explain his case for mispresentation, the agent then lied that it was the applicant that submitted this application, that there was no agent involved. The applicant in question won't know about this, I believe the so called AGENT, will hid it from him. Very sad story!!! The above was what went wrong. That is so sad! The Agent set didn't try!! He couldn't produce different fraudulent document! He had to give them the same! Poor applicant |

saucepan: Hello dear, I believe you are quite young and it's okay to be a bit confused at times, at least you are interested in doing things right as against most of your peers who would have rushed through everything. Your answer above is part of the reason you are going for the course. Tell them why you have chosen to go for undergraduate studies in canada( check out ranking of the course and university you hope to attend after this Grade 12 course) , cite incessant strikes if necessary and finally that this course will help you to adjust better in undergraduate studies( it is a bridging course) as your siblings have followed same part and are doing remarkably well. Wishing you the very best. THANKS!!! |

My elder ones did the same and their performance in Uni are great. My mum doesn't want me to go to uni straight and struggle. Please help me with my question. Thank you |

You're just complicating issues for yourself. What has your brothers tuition receipts got to do with your application? Previously you made mention of adding their acceptance letters to your application and I cautioned you about it and now tuition receipts. Go on okay. Continue giving the Visa officer reasons to refuse your visa. Later you come here and say your village people are the ones cheasing you. Also show them your brothers flight tickets to convince them that they travelled to Canada by air and not by foot.
I was told that since my mom has children there already, she needs to prove that she is paying for their fees. I am already confused already All the best! |
