There has been so much noise about the constitution mandating a 60 day deadline for nomination of ministers or commissioners,but no one has been able to inform us about the consequences to the president or governor and respective governments of not complying.
This is now a test case of what happens with non compliance.Though it's still early days,but if what the PDP has alleged the governor of Benue has not done and done,are true,that we maybe heading to a situation where another Nigerian office seeker was hyped,only to turn out to lack the hyped capacity to govern and to not have basic democratic ideals.
