To me fundamental rites should be suspended or can be trampled upon if d case involves a 'national issue'.....who send am wen he was lootin public funds and now he's shouting for his fundamental rites.....
I love presidential orders.....one tin som peeps don't know is d@ d president has 'gray areas of power and authority which far exceeds d@ of d judiciary and legislature....well I doubt if any president in d whole world adheres 'strictly to every court orders'....some court orders may not be convenient for d president and as such may decide to set it aside cuz he has some superficial authority though it isn't written explicitly for d president to disobey court orders....d courts can only shout but dey can do nothing......
D president is only protecting d interest of d citizens which he has sworn to defend....
Dose stealing d public funds are not helping us as dey are causing more people to be impoverished....lets defend our nation treasury.....shikena

FG has decided to play their game with them this time around. Usually these people are charged to court on 100 plus charges, they get a very good criminal minded SAN as a lawyer (there's a very popular one I don't want to mention), then they are granted bail and they start prolonging the case using nonsense adjournment and Ghana must go influenced injunctions here and there. Instead of slamming them with such charges at once, FG is dishing them out "small-small" So, when they face one judge for some charges, he grants them bail, they are "released" and immediately they step out of prison, they are rearrested again to face fresh charges in so doing they can be kept in jail for long and the trial process will hasten up. This is totally in order. I can see Prof. Itse Shagay is advising Baba well

See question......it may not be written explicitly for d president to veto d judiciary......but all powers resides wit d president maybe u accept or not....it is now left 4 him to either use it judiciously or let d absolute power corrupt him....if u can remember obj case wit tinubu den, sebi d court ordered him to release Lagos money but he refused n d court did nothing, cuz dey no d power d@ resides in d president....n I don't think he's(Buhari or efcc) flouting court orders cuz dey ave broken d cases into pieces so d@ dey will kip re-arresting him ova again cuz dey no d court will surely grant him bail....wen it comes to national issues ,im sure he does ave d power to veto....cuz if anything goes wrong no one will blame d judiciary, it's d president evr1 will blame...d separation of powers is jus to check excesses and imbalance....though I didn't study law but I've bin following happenings n I sure no how it works....don't crucify me

A PRESIDENT can issue executive orders and vetoes ....especially wen it deals wit national security....even d judges demselves knows d@ ...d@s why dasuki's lawyer is beggin d president if not he would ave sued d president or efcc for disobeying d court orders....dis is national security issue, some certain privileges must be set aside to deal squarely wit d issue...DASUKI HAS BETRYAYED D CITIZEN HE WUZ IN POSITION TO PROTECT BY CONSTITUTION....so let us also Bleep his own rights and suspend rule of law to a certain extent in his case for his betrayal....

But you must perforce acknowledge that the rule of law takes precedence. And hence, everyone is subject to the law in present day democracy.
Do you justify a breach in the law, simply Cuz an individual is a suspected or alleged criminal.
I'd like you to justify his detention despite court order.
I am not saying dasuki is innocent. I'm rather saying that the dictatorial tendencies of a leader should not be employed in breaching the law.
Let him be charged to court and that should follow due process.

Jus signed a deal with a sixth form college as I earlier posted here...though d pay is not d@ much but not bad with d fact d@ I'll have to be going to island from mainland....d skuul is jus starting...I jus grab d offer cuz I'll also be teaching A'level with IGCSE and also enrol 4 d exam....seems to me like a double offer @ one goal....I don't mind d pay n stress cuz I see it as a sacrifice and steppingstone to greater heights n opportunities....diz will invariably build up my c.v in multiple folds....gotta leave my present skuul n move on to sacrifice diz next session for upgrading......
N to all doze d@ have signed gud deals ,thank God...n to dose d@ are yet to ,kip searching cuz it's not ova until God says so......

I get u....not d@ I don't like to advance....but u see taking 3 subjects @ d@ advanced level raises some questions on competency......
Though I'm versed in one subject (dats my course) very we'll @ any level even at university....but d other two subjects are jus closely related courses which I can teach @ o'level but I'm feeling can I teach dose subjects @ dat advanced level....rememba d students have gone beyond o'level so probably they might know what I know already in dose two remaining subjects since I didn't study dose subjects majorly......I'm jus looking from d competency angle d@ if d students starts asking some questions on dose two subjects and I can't provide a convincing answer u no wot d@ means....d@s why I'm jus finkin twice b4 I jump into it
