I put it too you that it's too much..have you seen when a convoy is passing? causing nuisance on the high way up and down. Now a man,all because he is a minister...now has 5cars duin shii on the road.
Have you thought of the cost of maintenance of the five cars? With our money abi...If not for his evil deeds, what does a man need aides and tight security for?

for your information the convoy will consists of a pilot security vehicle , another for his aides ( The aides are definitely not one ) , he will occupy one , another one as a back up in case of unexpected situation while the last one will be occupied by security personnels at the back.

I challenge you and others of your ilk to tell us of any administration in this country where the ministers use less than that nos of vehicles as convoy.

Not giving a reply would be synonymous to you having a point. Like I said that hypocrisy and blind follower-ship is very bad and unworthy of the New Year. Wasn't he one of the pple pointing accusing fingers to his predecessor. Why was he pointing accusing fingers whn he would also do the same in their position, so the argument isn't about what had been done before but what is right and necessary since they said they've cut down their use of convoy.

Some peeps don't criticise wit dere brains @ all....a minister with five vehicles is not too much na...he must ave security details compulsorily(not bcuz people will kill him but cuz he must be protected even if evr1 likes him) and some aides d@ will help him do woteva he nids where dey are going...or do u xpect dose ones to walk to where dey are going....smh 4 som peeps wit low thinking faculty.....diz is not extravagance..but a necessity....wen its reaching ten convoys den d@s extravagance....Happy new year

You can still reduce it to three sir. One pilot car with your security detail. One with you, your PA and a security officer (DSS bodyguard probably) and a tail car with a couple of aides and more security. Others can go way ahead of you if need be. They don't have to be part of your convoy.

My brother talking about criticizing the previous government on wastage I want you to know that we can't arrive at the promiseland just at once , we have to start gradually.

Bola Ige inherited 23 convoy as a minister of power under Obasanjo and he tried his best to reduce the convoy to about 11 so its still a step forward to the right direction . even some state commissioners move about with more than 5 vehicles in their convoy.

This man is a minister of information for God's sake. He is not Chief of Staff, SGF, etc where there is high sensitivity and need for convoy
