VOsimhen144: Even Tinubu supporters are surprised at his failure because they know what they voted, we the well meaning Nigerians saw this disaster coming. Tinubu was never the man for the job but sentiments led us to this.
They know, even some of them controlling things can't believe level of disdain against Tinubu's administration. People are now afraid to bury their loved ones in their home town. Farmers cant go to farms.
But For proper compliance, the public should be involved in monitoring VIPs and report back to the police because this is Nigeria where some people flout government laws everyday, Police should give out their telephone numbers to Nigerians
I still saw many guarding houses and following escorts vehicles in traffic.
All of you defending Tinubu’s incompetency because of beneficial affliations. God will JUDGE you.Bayo will tell us they know them. Is this fair to innocent citizens?
At least 11 residents of Isapa, a community close to Eruku in Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State, have been abducted.
The attack happened barely 24 hours after victims abducted during a church service were released.
A Christ Apostolic Church in Ekuru was holding a thanksgiving service to celebrate the freedom of 18 worshippers kidnapped about a month ago when gunmen broke in and abducted 38 persons after gunning down three.
The fresh attack, which occurred around 6:00 p.m. on Monday, it was gathered, was carried out by an estimated 20 to 30 bandits.
They reportedly fired sporadically as they advanced, forcing residents to flee for safety.
An elderly woman was reportedly hit by a stray bullet during the incident.
A community leader, who confirmed the development under strict anonymity, said “eleven people were kidnapped, seven of them from the same household.
“The victims include a pregnant woman, two nursing mothers, and several young children”, he said.
Those abducted were identified as Talatu Kabiru, 20; Magaji, 6; Kande, 5; Hadiza, 10; Mariam, 6; Saima, 5; a housewife, Habibat; another housewife, Fatima Yusufu; a pregnant woman, Sarah Sunday, 22; a nursing mother, Lami Fidelis, 23; and another nursing mother, Haja Na Allah.
Eyewitnesses said the gunmen moved through sections of the town, leaving bullet holes in walls and doors.
Expended AK-47 shells were later recovered from several points in the community after the attackers retreated with their captives.
It was gathered that the situation has heightened tension across Isapa and surrounding settlements as security agencies and local vigilante groups intensify efforts to locate the kidnappers and rescue the victims.
Commissioner of Police, Adekimi Ojo, confirmed the incident to Daily Trust, saying, “Yes, there was an incident, but I cannot say much now. I am about to enter Isapa from Ilorin. I will update you when I get there.”
Nigeria is currently witnessing one of its worse security crisis in history.
This has led to mass closure of schools, especially in the North.
SAD NEWS: Yesterday night, Armed bandits raided Sundu and Biresawa villages of Tsanyawa LGA in Kano State, abducting several women and girls. The communities lie along the Katsina–Kano border, a corridor frequently exploited by armed groups.
With attacks now shifting to border communities despite the recent peace deal involving Ingawa, Kankia, and Kusada LGAs in Katsina State, what tangible impact has the agreement had on security in the northwest? Has it improved safety overall or merely shift the violence to previously unaffected areas?
Bayo Onanuga and his many lies, they knew and did nothing, is this not an indictment. Tinubu is not competent, I pray for you, 2026 is year of taxes, Oyedele said they can deduct anything from your accounts without notice.
'We Will Kidnap President Tinubu In Days Ahead' – Terrorist Commander Brags About Abductions In Kebbi, Niger
An alleged terrorist commander has issued new threats against Nigeria, declaring that his group will soon begin targeting military officers, state governors, and even President Bola Tinubu for abduction.
In a video obtained by SaharaReporters, the armed militant — wearing what appeared to be a Nigerian military jacket — boasted about recent kidnappings of schoolchildren in Kebbi and Niger states.
The terrorist, whose identity was not immediately confirmed, said they are unfazed by recent arrests made by security forces.
According to him, the Nigerian government had failed in its responsibility to protect citizens.
“Everyone has woken up. We kidnapped school students in Kebbi State and Niger State. Next time, we will be kidnapping Nigerian military officers and taking them to the forest,” he said in the video.
Pointing to the jacket he wore, he continued: “Look at the clothes I’m wearing — they belong to a soldier. Nigeria, in the days ahead, we will kidnap a governor, we will kidnap the President, and others.”
The terrorist further claimed that Nigerians should place their hopes in divine protection rather than the government, insisting that authorities could not guarantee safety.
“We are not concerned that they have arrested anyone. The government cannot secure you. You people should return to God to protect you, answer your wishes, and wipe the tears from your eyes,” he said.
He ended the recording by greeting his followers on social media, saying, “No one among the big men can wipe your tears. We have woken up. I greet all of you on social media. Have a pleasant day.”
On November 21, 2025, SaharaReporters reported terrorists in the early hours of Friday morning stormed St. Mary’s Papiri Private Catholic Secondary School, Papiri, in Agwara Local Government Area of Niger State, abducting an unspecified number of students and teachers, SaharaReporters has learnt.
Multiple community sources who visited the school after the attack confirmed the invasion, describing it as a coordinated operation that lasted between 2am and 3am.
Ahmed Abdullahi Rofia, the Head of Disaster and Relief for Agwara Local Government, also confirmed the incident, alongside Bello Gidi, media aide to the Chairman of Agwara Local Government.
Speaking with SaharaReporters, Gidi said, “Yes it’s true that bandits have kidnapped students and teachers at St. Mary’s Papiri Private Catholic Secondary School Papiri, Agwara LGA, Niger State.”
He further revealed the scale of the attack, stating, “The information that is reaching us is that they have kidnapped over 100 students and teachers. Also, it is a mixed school with boys and girls.” The attack comes five days after terrorists stormed the Maga Comprehensive Girls’ Secondary School in Kebbi State, abducting about 25 female students and killing at least one staff member.
A school guard was also injured during the attack, which occurred around 5:52 am. The attackers invaded the school compound while the students were preparing for morning routines, launching their assault with sporadic gunfire.
SaharaReporters also gathered that the gunmen not only abducted several female students but also left a trail of fear and chaos in their wake.
