The issue of whether whichcraft exists or not has a dual dimension to it we may choose to view witchcraft as an art or a science for example most inventions that have changed the history of mankind for the better such as going to the moon, the industrial revolution, information technology etc have their roots in whichcraft hence pioneers of modern inventions can be regarded as "witches"because they have exercised rigorous mental physical and spiritual efforts to come out with innovations this is where the difference between a "black" witch and a "white" witch suffice while the former uses his own brand of witchcraft for constructive purposes, the latter uses his own for destructive purposes, |

I am so happy that this observation is coming from someone who can be refered to as a "partcipant observer" in London and i must congratulate you my fellow compatriot for just coming to terms with what some of us have been saying all along that "religion" and that is the so called imported religions in Nigeria is just a social movement where some smart alecs feed fat on the ignorance of the people or have you not wondered why inspite of our so called "religiousity" the Nigerian society is still so disorganised and corrupt? |
i do not subscribe to d view dat UNILAG is d place to b among Nigerian campuses , havent u heard of The Greatest University in this part of the world and that happens to be the most sought after and revered university among Nigerian undergraduate and post graduate students , sentiments aparts UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN happens to provide enough latitude for both intellectual and social development of its students anytime and anyday, d exploits of UI graduates attests to these truism, sorry Akokites we know u are striving , but UI is still a PACEMAKER , while UNILAG is a PACETAKER |
I think the plan of the federal minister of education to reform unity schools is a welcome development that will sanitise the federal ministry of education and also enable it to return to its original role as a policy formulating ministry instead of the present status quo where the ministry as been turned to a contract awarding ministry |
