Yes sis. Just relax, everything will be verified soon. I submitted since Friday but got verified today. You should know the submissions they're getting on a daily basis are much. But all will eventually be verified

Don't put anything tax there bro. No one is asking you for that. I haven't paid a dime in tax since registering my business in 2019 and I still got verified. Same as my employees.

You can put all of that if you want. I didn't put them in mine though. I simply put their account details and salary.

As for the salary, just put anything. From N30K down should be OK since your business is supposed to fall within small and medium enterprises

Just be calm. It will eventually change to verified. Hopefully before the end of today. I've been waiting for that since on Friday and it eventually changed today. Maybe they're still working on yours.

You don't need to have a business account. Your personal account can serve. As for generating a pay slip for your staff, go through the previous pages. Especially from pages 69 up

You can use the CAC certificate for it. Both you and everyone you include in your list as your staff will get paid.

Simply proceed to the website survivalfund.gov.ng and click on Payroll Support to begin your registration.

It's very simple to do. Just calm down, put your head to it and you'll be done with it

A single document with all the employees payment details will do. Try using the sample on the previous pages to do it.

It should be done with Microsoft Excel, in a tabular form. Like a voucher

Someone on the list you are trying to submit has been registered for it before. Knowingly or unknowingly.

Try calling all of them to figure out who the person is

Good morning people of the land, please I want to ask two questions regarding two people I helped register, they made mistakes on their Corporate Accounts.

First Account was Uba but the person wrote Union bank, after verification it wrote Incorrect.

Second Account was opened since 2019, no transactions in the account so it's dormant, after verification it wrote Incorrect.

Now will the above mistakes affect the staff payments, since the staff were all verified??

What do you guys think?

See if you can still edit the account details. If you can't, there's no need submitting employees under it. Though there's no proof it will affect the employees account details if they are all correct, but you know this is Nigeria and anything can happen. Just to be safe, submit them under another verified account. But if you have already submitted them then leave them there and just pray. Anything can still happen for you

After removing the 6th employee,i submitted the payroll,it turned out successful but unfortunately the remaining 4 got captured immediately,now each time I click on manage employee page to enter the details of the 5 employee that don't have issues with their details all I see is a blank page and a response that employee details has been captured.

Whoever understood all I type above should please advice me on what I can do

Sorry about that. Only those captured will get paid. You can't edit it again. If you know anyone else who's list is yet to be full, you can get the rest of your team on that one. You'd only need to negotiate the sharing formula with the fellow.

I think that's the only solution for now

The system is not malfunctioning bro. Someone on your team has been registered for this before. Believe it or not.

I faced similar problems before until I was able to get who he is. If you have to get some other persons entirely, people you can trust to give you a part of the money cos it's meant for your company workers in the first place, do it.

Don't be saying the system is this or that while time is going. Try using other people if the ones you are using keep giving you headache

That's how sure I was until I removed someone, the least person I expected to be the culprit. Then I submitted again and everything went successfully.

Mind you I was so sure none of those on my list have applied for it before that I kept on trying to submit the list several times till my account got suspended. Lucky me, it was reactivated in just a couple of hours.

When I removed the person I least expected and tried it again it worked. I later called only to hear him say, "well someone sometime ago once said we should send our account number and BVN"

Can you imagine? After I had asked same questions earlier. Trust me bro, someone on your team has knowingly or unknowingly been registered before. Try and figure him out before it's too late for you to submit those details

You don't need the alphabet. Just the numbers.
It's usually at the top of your certificate

It must not be minimum of 10 staffs . I quess there is make mistake on the flyer but the portal indicate minium of 3 and max 10 and people got paid with 3 staffs in the previous applications and those with more than 10 staffs only 10 were Paid. Any company that has more than 10 staffs are no longer classified as MSME.
