Hello Guys, Please I need advice.... I scored 238 in Jamb and I have 3 Cs and 2 Bs in Waec... My first choice is Uniport and My second choice is Rivers State University. I want to know if I should buy COC form to make RIVSU my first choice..... Or should I just leave Uniport as my first choice? This is my third Jamb..... And I need to enter school this year....
