Southern suburbs (Nairobi west and Langata/Southlands) @ mwanamwiwa wow, i never knew how beautiful and developed kenya has become. i really want to thank you for posting these pictures here, my perception of kenya has been forever changed. happy holidays! ![]() |
Nairalanders, what did you eat on Christmas Day? I ate Fried rice and Turkey with a chilled can of Sprite. @ mama-gee that sounds wonderful. on christmas, i was invited to a christmas party and i brought a tray of jollof rice. besides the jollof rice, i ate roasted duck, macaroni and cheese, green bean casserole, stuffing, and for desert, chocolate cake. to wash it all down, i enjoyed some moscato wine and strawberry lemonade. ![]() |
Seeing Brad Pitt in Interview with the Vampire. . .yes that was the first time. Of course i've fallen in love with 'Louis' over and over. . .but yeah. . .the first time was special ![]() @ iice nice one, haha. ![]() |
@ brooknam99 i think this has to do with the fact that a lot of nigerians are not yet comfortable with public displays of affection. i remember when i had my first kiss, the person just did it, and i felt a bit shocked, but i ended up enjoying it very much. it was very dramatic because that kiss lasted almost 5 minutes, and when i was done i was nearly exhausted. |
uh oh, hubby dey vex! ![]() |
hey nairalanders, hope you all are enjoying your holiday season. i have membership at my local gym, and i work out there at least 3 times a week. when i am there, i mostly do aerobic exercises such as running on a treadmill, or using a stationary bicycle. i will admit, the main reason why i go to the gym is to maintain physical attractiveness, but i also care very much about my health; i limit my fatty food intake during the weekdays, and only allow myself to have one sweet drink a day, with the rest being water. since we are in that time of year to where we eat large amounts of food, and get ready to make new years resolutions, i want to ask what is your position of exercising? why do you do it? |
@ sweetpie23 i havent been here very long, but in my opinion hbabe, ibkaye, and y me are the most gracious posters here. ![]() |
@ GoldenS the world is filled with double standards, i feel your pain. if you know your man is cheating, either leave his sorry self or find you someone on the side if you know what i mean. ![]() |
@ xynerise i understand you not wanting to marry a fat woman, but i think it is very shallow of you to say that if your lover becomes fat, you will cheat. what ever happened to love? if you got married, your wife had a few kids, and she gained some weight, i think it would be very unfair for you to cheat on her. you both committed yourselves to each other until death do you part, no fat do you part. ![]() |
@ charlie.k never been in love, but this song reminds me of a time when i came very close. the ladies singing this song go by the name of floetry, and the song is called 'hey you.' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rq6luQw2OIk everytime i hear this song, it reminds me of that special someone. ![]() |
@ firedancer abeg, tell the girl to either expose the truth or break up with both of them. this type of situation can create bad blood within the family and this girl might forever ruin the relationship between those two brothers. ![]() |
@ all thank you all for taking the time to read my opening post, and responding. i took the time to read the posts, and i want to say i appreciate all that has said. a i can tell some responses were a bit biased, and there was a bit of digression, but i enjoyed reading what everyone had to say. i doubt that i will ever return back to christianity, but i value those who were explaining how one would become born again. am still confused about a few things, but i still want to thank you all again for responding. ![]() |
