Not true. Third party insurance is exactly what it is. It covers the damage done to the other party's car.

Most times motorist don't claim on 3rd party because they are not aware it is a valid and binding contract.

No obvious or major difference. I also swapped from S23 Ultra to 24Ultra. Aside the 24 having the AI function of circle to search and being able to play recorded videos in slow motion, not seen any much difference.

You went overboard, period!

First, you said as a student, "you are not supposed to do much". That notion is wrong, you are there to learn and be actively involved as much as your competence and skills allows. I may be wrong but you allowed this 'I am a student attitude' and her 'giving command with a racial vibes' affect your participation in caring for the patient you went to see.

Secondly, she slammed the door slightly against you. Have you worked with her before this day? What if she didn't know you were following closely when she opened the door and let go of the handle? Except she has done this repeatedly, it wasn't enough to trigger your reaction.

Then you told her " she should f**cking say please if she needs someone to help her with something, or she should ask nicely" you were a team in providing that patient care. Like she rightly told you, you are co-workers and not your friend. Everybody has a role to play, at times you use your initiative to take up what you think you can do within the team, other times you wait for a team leader to allocate duties. This is definitely no case of her needing help. The only person who needed help was the patient whose room you were in.


My advice to you is to work on how you react to perceived discriminations because you will definitely meet loads of these in your practice. Swear words will only make you the aggressor when the chips are down.

that's not just the right places to do that kind of thing. There is a team lead, he ought to report to the team lead even if nothing was going to be done.

There are other civil ways of standing up for yourself. He should have reported the incident at least have a trail of evidence.

What in this shows a racist treatment? Some colleagues are naturally nasty even amongst same tribe and race. It is left to one to know how to deal with difficult colleagues.

You were only talking based on your experience......I know quite a few people who got band 6 from Nigeria, some where placed on the highest rung of band 5 while some where placed at the lowest. Though they will be at band 4 till their pin is out.

And I have seen some who came in within 6months-1year got band 6....... nothing is actually impossible. Infact people have moved from band 5 to 7.

That was not a smart gamble especially when they had the option of a PSW. How is he going to convince his employers to allow him continue on the job, while he buys time with administrative review? I won't be suprised if they refuse due to risk being penalised by HO.
