A new Cbn governor will be one of the first appointments to be expected of the new president since Emefiele's tenure ends in June.

He was appointed by former president Jonathan in 2014, Buhari only renewed his tenure by another 5yrs after which he ceases to be a cbn staff from thereon.

The Nigerian doctors paid very minimal tuition fees in their university days so they see greener pastures even when the pay isn't very great. The junior doctors here owe at least 100kpounds in student loans by the time they are done with training!

Gubernatorial elections voting dynamics are entirely different from that of the presidential. Many people voted for Peter Obi and not necessarily Lp. Some of these people may not vote for the Lp candidates in the next round.

Commercial bank MDs are glorified traders doing boardroom politics to a large extent. CBN is far more than buying and selling. Mr Emefiele has turned to be a monumental disappointment.
