Not yet bro . I noticed these guyz use the event timeline of applicants as a first point core of priority. Like the lady that got hers within the said 5 working days ,She was going for an exam. While my bro is going for tourist and Christmas which the date falls around Christmas. So, probably that was the reason sha. But we keep observing sha .

I hope she already got a mail from them aswell as regards been unable to resolve the application within the customer service target blabla

I do not have the "new appointment/schedule an appointment" option on my traveldocs page, and therefore I cannot schedule my visa appointment. I can only see the provide feedback, update profile and log out options.
