Someone said we are practicing a new system of govt known as NAIJACRACY. May i expantiate on the above, (1) naijacracy can be define as a process in which a state is constitutionally allowed to have 2 presidents whether incapacitated or not. (2) a means whereby the information minister is highly criticised 4 saying the bitter truth. (3) as a process in which the chief in commander of the armed forces wasn't aware when 2 battalion of soldiers were deployed in the middle of the night. (4) as a process whereby the constitution is nothing but an ordinary leaflet with no importance, shame on those whos idealogy is ''NAIJACRACY''
