Reminez: Thanks to everyone who has in one way or the other contributed towards the bombardment of the terrorists who have held the Areppo axis hostage in the past couple of months . I WILL REFRAIN FROM CALLING THESE TERRORISTS IJAW BECAUSE THEIR PEOPLE ALREADY DENIED THEM . Be it as it may , may destruction be the portion of these terrorists as well as their sympathizers both online and offline . The Omoluabis need to be steadfast at this junction . We all saw how the OSU's were rejoicing when our land was being terrorized by these militants . Now that the NA is plummeting them , these same confused cum hateful lots are all over the place screaming genocide . These flat headed OSU's are not happy that their masters are being killed in their numbers by the NA . As the gallant NA are bombing these terrorists offline , we must also never give them and their cheerleaders breathing space online . Politics › Re: Why I Agree With Joe Igbokwe On Igbo Attitude by Iykopeee: 2:03pm On Jul 31, 2016 |
maclatunji: When Joe Igbokwe wrote an article recently warning his Igbo kinsmen about the degree of hatred, bigotry and lack of objectivity the majority of them are displaying in Nigeria, a lot of them called him names and the sizeable minority that probably agree with him kept quiet.
Reviewing the comments of Igbos on social media and beyond shows the same traits that Igbokwe complained about. It is these same traits that led Nnamdi Kanu into the net of Nigeria's security agencies despite the fact that he was openly committing treasonable acts with Radio Biafra and the Independent People of Biafra (IPOB). He arrogantly believed he could enter Nigeria without detection.
Many Biafra agitators are under the illusion that they can effectively undermine the Nigerian state to their advantage but the truth is if the Nigerian state were to truly exert its power over them, they would suffer heavy human and material losses.
Igbos are known for their spirit of adventure, business acumen and industry. These qualities serve them better within Nigeria rather than embarking on a destructive quest for Biafra that is largely politically motivated rather than by any pressing need. The Southeast region will benefit more from objective and constructive participation in building Nigeria.
While there are many ethnic groups complaining of marginalization and underdevelopment, I daresay none is as based on mere hatred and bigotry as those of the Biafra agitators. They cannot complain of being starved of federal government resources or environmental degradation which their NigerDelta neighbours readily point to. Therefore, their agitation is largely selfish and not based on any genuine pressing need and as such does not have to lead to destruction and loss of life on a large scale in the Southeast before it is jettisoned and rejected. U will always agree with a nuisance |

oyinkinola: ....for those who still beleive that igbo is fighting for their right must think deeply, because igbo had their own agenda apart, if not why always attacking west...lagos, ogun, ore, killing innocent people, had west ever attack east before? igbo only preach peace with west when their interest is threat, even back in 1967 biafran attacked west, and they yet to say why?.... they attacked west? wereas they were fighting north, I think igbo should come-out and say why west is always victim when they agreived with north, we have our own militants have they ever cross border to igbo land to attack them? but when there interest is threat they then say the westerner is their brother. I think enough is enough, if igbo have anything against nigeria nation or north, they must know how they should handled their agreive next time, we accomodate you, rehabilitate you after the war, return your assets back to you ,what then the offence of the west to merit been killed in our home! a friend indeed is a friend in need! this must be stopped! Judging by the OP's antics, one can conclude that the govt of Nigeria uses acts of terrorism to deny any1 or group of people the right to self determination using lethal weapons to attack innocent protesters.
Now, can we confidently say the Nigeria govt is a terrorist group? |

honestly i dont understand why a vast majority of Nigerians are blinded to the truth. why are we running away from best means of getting the country on the right path? a restructured Nigeria that give regions, states and individual advantages through competition is our sure bet to massive progress and development. I mean how can i have huge amount of gas deposit in my place yet i cant boast of steady power supply? how can i have arable land for agriculture yet tomato is scarce in my place? how can i have an institute of technology yet i run to the west to produce everything for me? excuse me, some1 has to think outta the box now or we forever remain in the dark. @Senator Ali Ndume, thanks for echoing the truth. Nigeria shud be restructured for greater dividend |

The op of this is one of the advocates of status quo few months ago but because his principal lost the election they all think they can hold others to ransom.
There are reasonable ways of fighting for whatever you want but you have to resort to illegality and criminal activities
The current bombing and agitation is definitely politically motivated by the PDP hierarchy but let's see how long that will continue. What are the reasonable ways to fight for it? |
