This short video is about an enterprise in Uganda that process ripe bananas and pineapples by solar drying which anyone who is creative enough can set up with locally available materials. They export to Europe but for us, the local Nigerian market is very huge on its own. One can solar dry variety of fruits and vegetables. This is rural area friendly because electricity is not required and one can comfortably set up a processing centre there using the women/youth there as labour.

Along the line, getting NAFDAC certification so that one can comfortably distribute the products.

But i have some concerns, i see thruout d whole process, bare hands were used in handling d fruits. how hygenic can dat be? even mouths n nose were not masked, to avoid breathing n spitting (from talking) on d fruits.
is it dat a further processing is done(behind d scenes ) to preserve d product b4 packaging?

Yes & No.
depending on d cause of PPROM, If it is just d weakness of cervix alone it is most likely to help to a greater percentage. if it is from infections, it will be difficult to save. then also some pple have abnormally shaped uterus, that can also be a bit problematic.
it cerclage fails, d more permanent kind (Shidirokar cerclage)*spelling* is advised, it is put in via laparoscopic surgery, and d woman must give birth via C-section.

please mama's it's almost 18 days now after my evacuation, please when is it safe to start taking again fertility supplements like coq10 and others and also when to start BD. I am yet to see AF.

Are u still bleeding? its advisable to stay off BD whilst bleeding as d cervix is still open , so as to avoid introducing infection into d uterus. if not 2 weeks is ideal, since u weren't dat far along.
u can start taking ur supps , coQ10 is an antioxidant, so it can help in restoring uterine n ovarian health.

its is not common for pcos n dom to go hand in hand but it does happen in som cases.
First and foremost, let go of your negative thoughts about your ability (or inability, as the case may be) to conceive given your diagnosis. You are NOT your diagnosis!

Reduce your stress, eat healthier, more fruits and veggies, processed foods that are nutrient dense without added sugars and chemicals (i.e. preservatives, food coloring, etc.).
You can find a number of blogs and online research available for supplements to increase egg quality such as: CoQ10, DHEA, L-Arginine, maca root, melatonin, myo-Inositol, royal jelly ,B complex , Vitamin C D E, pure fish oil .
b4 taking DHEA ask for a test to be done to check ur levels as many women with PCOS have high levels already (so not necessary) but women with low ovarian reserve have low DHEA levels. All other supplements are safe for both conditions.
Another sure treatment if u are a brave one is ACUPUNCTURE.

Ewedu therapy is used for treating high prolactin.
its prepared by blending about N50 worth ewedu leaves with about a cup- a cup n half of water. add little crayfish to taste. no salt or any other seasoning or spice , take first ting in d morning. u can add 50mg vit b6 daily too, in addition to bromo/ parlodel.
its good to treat high prolactin in some cases after late miscarriage.
follicular phase is the 1st half of the cycle b4 ovulation where d follicles develop n are eventually released at ovulation. fruits/foods/supplements eat/take include watermelon. cucumbers. banana. grapefruit. almond nut. Tiger nut. /

Abeg I get kwesion to ask sabi mamas ooooohhhhh, took clomid last cycle on 24 of oct to be precise, through out last week I hard menstrual cramp pain and heavy VJ discharge mostly in the morning and on monday I started spotting by tuesday evening saw my period tho it was brownish called my doc and he ask me to see him the next day but on wednesday morning period stop coming my doc gave me another round of clomid to start without him carrying out any test fear dey catch me to use am ooohhhh have done HPT it came out negative. should I use the clomid or go for scan

redo test preferably beta hcg , to check d level of pregnancy hormones in ur body, if its pretty high, congrats in advance
