ABUJA—The Department of State Services, DSS, has accused the All Progressives Congress, APC, of an elaborate plot to hack into the voters registration data base of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC. The All Progressives Congress lawmakers in the Ekiti State House of Assembly have threatened to report the crisis in the Assembly to the National Assembly.

The impeached Speaker, Dr. Adewale Omirin, said this on Wednesday during a chat with journalists in Aisegba-Ekiti.

“We have contacted the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Aminu Tambuwal, on the need to have an interface with us. They (Representatives) are reconvening next week and we will be there to state our own position. I believe something will be done over this illegality.
