Shuku0kukobambi:
Will Igbos abandon Atiku if he picks a Yoruba VP?

Will they abuse or praise him as they're doing now?
yes. Igbos will support anyone against buhari. Even if buhari picks an igbo man as his vp, igbos will still vote against buhari.
Now answer my question. What will the yorubas do?

If buhari decides not to run with osinbajo as his vp and picks someone from maybe south south, will the yorubas vote for buhari if atiku picks a yoruba as his running mate?

Look at the brainwashed frustrated things up here:

We remember where we were in 2015 when PDP/GEJ were crashing our economy.

As at then, the idiot of a president was already borrowing to pay FG workers salaries. Many states were unable to pay their workers. Our reserves were almost gone. GEJ and his gang of thieves finished Nigeria. If any of you had not become of age then, Google is still free till today.
don't you have shame? Yes we remember where we were before buhari came into power. Nigerians were eating very well, employment rate was rising, we even became the number one economy in nigeria, companies were investing in nigeria. But since your lord buhari came in we have had massive job losses and counting.we have become the poorest nation on earth, corruption is skyhigh, no project has been started by this govt much less completing it in almost 4 years. Massive killings and insecurity. The list goes on about the failures of this govt. In almost 4 years they have not improve anything in this country. Shame on you.

Nigerian company should replace them.
replace them abi? Nigerian companies that could not start up the business first. The reasons shoprite gave are these, rice has been banned but locally produced rice cant meet demand. Same goes for frozen meat and others. If local supermart chains replace them i wonder where they'll get their supplies from since this govt is busy with propaganda instead of bolstering our agric sector.

Nigerians I know will still vote in BUHARI, forget all these your online prediction and nonsense online polls.
bros na so dem do online polls during gej/buhari time where buhari was leading. I no just believe am until buhari actually won the real election. Fact is nigerians are tired of buhari's govt. He has lost alot of votes in the past 3 years. I am yet to come accross someone that did not support bubu in 2015 but is supporting him now but i've come accross alot of people that supported bubu in 2015 but will do anything now to remove buhari from aso rock.

Cars are cheap to acquire in uk once you have good credit. Is not a biggie.
with the kind of money they are making, they don't need to buy cars or even houses on credit. They pay up everything. That's why mayweather will never go broke like tyson and holyfield. Mayweather buys cash but these other guys bought on credit so when their monies ran out the banks came and repossesed everything.

Politics › Re: Ambode Forgot He Was Yoruba. by izombie(m): 8:37am On Oct 04, 2018
pazienza:
Why are some politically naive Igbos desperate to draw Ndiigbo into a strictly Yoruba affair?

What's wrong with you guys? Are Igbos the only non Yorubas in Lagos? Why can't you guys just let Yorubas deal with themselves as they deem fit? Why are you guys so eager to always put Ndiigbo in the centre of every controversy?

Ebonyi state APC had primaries not long ago, if I ask OP the winner of that primary or the intrigues involved in that primary, he wouldn't know a zilch. But he's deeply interested in issues that is of no interest to Ndiigbo.

Where is your sense?

If you present Ndiigbo as friends of Ambode and enemies of Sanwolu, and then Sanwolu emerges governor and starts maltreating Ndiigbo through the usual subtle ways like closing down of markets under flimsy excuses of poor sanitation and even outright relocation of markets to more remote areas where the traders would have to start building the market from ground zero again, we would all converge here and start crying and complaining.

Where is the "Igbo sense", has it been watered down by too much admixture with other Nigerians? We use to have populace with "ako nu Uche", it would appear not same any longer.

A wise people would stay off Ambode-Sanwolu issue, knowing that they are all both Yorubas and that in their innermost of mindsets, they both habour a degree of resentment towards Ndiigbo. Why force them to manifest this resentment by openly showing your disapproval of them. Why support any of them when they are all same. When you could quietly face your businesses and then wait for winner to emerge. And when he does, you could then send delegates to congratulate and pledge your allegiance to him, as well as extract things from them, in exchange for your loyalty.

This is common sense 101, but it seem lost to Ndiigbo.
good one piacenza. You make alot of sense. Now let me ask you, do the yorubas stay in their lane on issues concerning ndigbo? The answer is NO. Dem dey carry igbo matter for head. So abeg this is us talking about what is happening in naija and right now we are discussing the just concluded apc lagos primary. Got it?

are you talking about the same ambode that you people said was the best governor in nigeria? You people can try as much as you like to twist this whichever way you want but the fact remains that afonjas betray everything in their path.

Coming from the same yorubas that have been saying rochas is the best governor in the east. The same afonjas that have been singing ambode's praises for the past three years, calling him the best governor in nigeria but now that their lord tinubu has said no to ambode, the same yorubas have turned around to castigate ambode. You people are the most untrustworthy set of people i've ever seen. They praise you today and hang you tomorrow. Leave igbos alone biko. Last i checked, ambode, tinubu and sanwo olu are all yoruba. Igbos are saying no to godfatherism.

Going by what is happening in lagos recently, i must admit that i never knew tinubu's hold on lagos is this deep. From reports going round, it seems tinubu installed everyone in that lagos. He picks the governor, deputy governor, house of assembly members, commissioners, and all the big appointments in the state. Only him can dictate because he controls every aspect of lagos. Na wao. Ambode stood no chance.
Politics › Nigeria Can Never Be Better Like This .... by izombie(op): 9:12am On Oct 03, 2018
It's amazing how the tables turned on ambode so suddenly. The same people that told us ambode was the best governor in nigeria 2 months ago are the same people telling us now that ambode should go and sleep. It's now clear that good governance in nigeria is not a guarantee that you'll be re-elected. The youths and the masses are stupid and naive. The zombies that shouted ambode's praise 2months ago are now cursing him because he refused to be tinubu's puppet. I don't blame tinubu, i blame the idiots who do his bidding. If you say ambode is good but tinubu says he's bad and wants you to not vote him, can't you think for yourself and say NO? How will nigeria get better with this mentality? You vote against a performing governor because that's what tinubu wants.
Sophisticated my foot.

And personally I can't groom a family in South Africa... Its also a notorious place just like brazil.

Anything goes..
that's your personal opinion. That you prefer a country to another doesn't change the fact that it is more developed. No one is talking about grooming a family but about experiences we have had during our travels.

hi bro, I will be relocating to S. A for studies in 2019, how is life in Johannesburg and S. A as a whole?

is the country progressive and improving or is it retrogressing like Nigeria ?

are there jobs there ?
life in joburg and SA is very fine. Yes there are jobs for professionals. If you ace your studies, companies will want to hire you even before you finish your schooling. The roads are top class,24hrs power supply, environment is clean. Fact is, until you come to south africa, you won't rsalise that the only difference between SA and countries like germany or france is that there are millions of black people in SA. I work is SA and also studying law right now. There are thousands of nigerian professionals here in SA like doctors, nurses, engineers etc.

That's one thing i like about south africans. Whether they voted for you or not, whether you are anc or eff they don't care. What they care about is service delivery and if don't deliver for a period, the kind of protest they will carry out will make you resign. Nigerians are the opposite. They leave things in the hands of God.
