Have experienced this, many times and have always seen it as demonic oppression. I have not experienced it at anytime, that spiritually am on fire but on my week moments . Never heard of this sleep paralysis before.

Well for starters, no I haven't been on Nairaland for quite some time. College started again last week and my schedule has been taken over by a ton of classes, which doesn't leave uch time for me to read/respond to threads. As you guys know, bettering yourself through educational courses requires a lot of time, concentration, and effort

I've been busy with work as well ( if you're interested, I write crime stories (crime in California) which are later published on the internet.

Hope you guys can excuse my small vacation from Nairaland, but you all know what it's like to have juggle school and work and family. Hope to read your newest threads soon (once I have the time that is lol)

She should involve the man's kindred and family and kins and her's of course, they are her best bet ,unless she is not in good terms with them.

You are saying he has cheated on you before and might again if given the opportunity and you are not convinced if he still wants you in his life , why not blank him small, allow him to miss you small,be a little bit less available to him and watch his reaction. Make him woo you back again. Know whether he is still interested in you again or not.

We trully need a strong defensive combative midfielder who can shield our defence effectively. Arteta has tried but he is lightweight and is disappointing these days
