bumdish: The pre-paid return courier envelop is not required if you are submitting through VAC. It would not even be collected from you. Mine is constituting garbage at home. So save your money to buy some ice cream at the Ikeja mall.

Finally I have collected my passport with my application granted that means CDHC don give me visa

Fhemmmy: You dont pay Tuition before your letter of acceptance.
Also, depends on what you going for . . . Undergrad, Postgrad or what?

rockafela: yeah sure within three weeks your acceptance letter will be sent to you mail first, then within 12working days your full packing will be knocking at your door step...just make sure you provide them with a reachable postal address.

I would do a detailed break down of the timelines and activities I undertook to get to this point shortly, hoping someone, somewhere would find it useful. If you are planning to apply for January, i will advice if possible to just wait and chill and apply for September instead of next year and use the time to build up the account and package the application well . . . Better late than be rejected.

Also, if you seek a 5M Naira load to pay for the first 2 years, how do your Mom plan to pay it back and still be able to pay for the next 2 years again, another loan?

Fhemmmy: It is believed that you are using your savings for your education, and they wanna see traces of how you build up the money . . Canada is a nation that knows enough about Nigerian fraud and if the account has always being seeing only 50K or 100K and one month see millions, they know what is happening, and they are used to Nigerians way of getting things done.
Best thing to do is, if you know you wanna apply and you have to fund an account, fund it with wisdom and gently too . . . and over a period of reasonable time

@Fhemmmy, @ALL .....I was Denied and the reason are,

1) I don't sufficient and available financial resources without working in Canada to maintain myself.

2) I don't sufficient and available financial resources to pay for my cost of transportation etc

3) One of your document lack authenticity.

I used a non family member as my sponsor and i did not have any proof to back up.

Am reapplying for SEPT... and i would like to use my mom or dad as my sponsor... my fee is about 16k have paid 10k already.

am thinking of funding my moms acct to about 5m what do you think and how long should i leave the money in the acct before i print
the statement. every other doc is fine just that one of my Olevel cert has a diff dob.... please advice very urgent.

ayoMB: @all pls I need help with this. I have done my medicals since 27-28th of february. I was contacted exactly 4 weeks later(30th of March). That's when what I quoted happened. Pls how can I reach them My resumption is 25 days from now(u of manitoba). I need urgent response. Its been 1 week now since they called n we haven't been able to reach them

Thank God Almighty for his goodness and mercies just got my medical call up 2day schedule for next week to God be the Glory we shall all see in Canada.

I just got cald up 4 my medicals today.I submited on the 25th of january this year,my medical letter came in on the 17th of febuary but VAC 4got 2 update my page or send mail 2 that effect.I only cald them(VAC)this morning to ask them of my application and i was told to come over and collect my passport and my medical instructions.Can u imagine all this while i have been waiting! @ all,Pls is it late,since CDHC sent my medicals instructions on the 17th of febuary and i am going for my medicals on the 28th of march?
