As a former semi-pro wakeboarder, I have beaten up my body for many years. About 2 years ago I injured my back, and my question is cycling good for si joint pain? more specifically the SI joint (sacroiliac joint). It has been a nagging injury since then while wakeboarding. I've never had it come back with cycling until the other day. I had a nice long ride on Saturday and another shorter ride on Sunday. Getting dressed after my shower triggered something. Not sure how though. Anyone have any similar experiences? |
Choosing the best place to learn programming depends on several factors, such as the quality of the curriculum, the experience and expertise of the instructors, the availability of resources and tools, and the overall reputation of the institution. Both NIIT and the Graza company you mentioned have their strengths and weaknesses, and it would be helpful to do some research and read reviews from past students to make an informed decision. As for specializing in either product design/management or artificial intelligence, it's important to consider your interests and skills, as well as the demand for these fields in the job market. Both are growing areas in the tech industry, and you could potentially find good opportunities in either one. In terms of the cost of the program, it's important to evaluate the value of the training in terms of the skills you will gain and the job prospects after completion. If you can afford it and believe it will lead to better opportunities like gaming ini, then it may be worth the investment. However, it's always a good idea to compare the costs and benefits of different programs before making a decision. Ultimately, the best hit for you in the IT field would depend on your individual circumstances and goals. It may be helpful to speak with professionals in the industry, do some research on job prospects and salaries, and take some time to assess your strengths and interests before making a decision. Good luck with your journey in IT! |

I was just talking to my dad about getting a new gotcha darts board, he told me to soak it in water, and I said to him what the hell are you smoking!! Has anybody heard of this before, if so please tell me what hell he is on about. He said it will last longer and I could just not agree. |
I am looking for an electronic means of merchant services to get paid for our services. Our deliverable in this case is basically a testing report, I find we are sending out stacks of invoices every month, some of which are going to clients I don't know very well. We ave grown significantly over the last few years, I get tired of chasing money. I have to basically make threats or stop answering calls to get paid sometimes. It is really ridiculous, I struggle if we even want to continue with a large number of builders. The idea is I send out an electronic invoice of some sort, then they pay it, then they get their report. Has anyone ever tried this? I see Paypal has some good electronic invoicing, but not sure if it tied into a cart or can do what I am looking for. |
I'm really intrigued with the idea of how to start a paintball business. I'm curious what equipment or materials would i need to get going? What vendors are good to work with? I'm not really sure what i don't know. Are people still into paintball? |
Hi, Have had a Peloton bike for a couple of years and it's been great. I'm thinking about upgrading to the Bike+ but I've been holding off due to the quality issues I've been seeing from some people. If you own a Bike+ are you happy with it peloton bike vs bike plus? If you upgraded are you glad you did it early rather than waiting? Thanks! |

My wife, cursed with a lifetime of bad teeth, now needs to have the remaining few pulled. She wants to get 6 implants to anchor dentures onto having been told that dentures without implants will not stay in, look terrible, result in jaw bone loss, etc. I'm resigned to the fact that I'll be paying for these. She has gotten estimates from 25k to 50kf or the extraction, dental implants in roslyn, and dentures. (ballpark says the dentist). This will put a big dent in my little stache. Naturally, insurance covers only 2k or so. |
The Heat overcame the Mavs no they Mauled them gaminguider. This is serious with Lebron giving a Taste of what to look out for. Can't wait to watch the Spurs play though and as for anyone who thinks The Lakers will flop, well watch your back |
I really like Age of History 2. I love map based war games, it has a great mix of simplicity and complexity, I love your ability to create your own nation with it's own flag, as well as make your own scenarios (and I have only used the mobile version download age of history 2 apk, so I haven't even experienced the computer versions abilities), and more. I do like playing single player especially to learn on my own terms. |
I recently bought everything I needed for a new build, and I have the ASUS ROG Strix 4090 in my PC as we speak. I noticed that my PSU (Corsair RM1000X) only has three 8-pin connectors. I have one for the motherboard, and only two left. The adapter for the GPU has 4 possible connectors, but I noticed that replacement 12+4 pins have only two 8-pin connectors. So my question is, can I only use two of the MPO Adapter connectors to run my GPU? Is that safe? I'm neither overclocking nor trying to draw power any other way. I'm thinking it's fine simply because the replacement would draw the exact same power as two 8-pins. it appears the 6+2 connectors can go into the GPU adapter, but can't go into the motherboard or PSU. That's what was throwing me off. I had 3 of those but couldn't make them work, but I never thought to try them with the adapter. Still, I ordered a 600 watt adapter from Corsair, so it'll just be some bulky wires for a tiny bit. |
What are the potential risks associated with improper dispose of a ouija board, and what are some steps one can take to dispose of it in a safe and respectful manner, such as through the use of prayer or cleansing rituals? |
I have done some clock repair in the past, but I am interested in learning watch repair. I am retired, but would like to repair my own watches as a hobby. Perhaps someone could steer me in the right direction in finding the tools or kits that I would need to get me started. I have only the basics for clock repairs that I have done. Thanks. Frank |
I've just started growing out my nails and have been using polish on them. However, my polish chips at the tips of my nails and I think I can see the top layer of my nails coming off with it. When I take off the polish and re apply I normally buff out the chip (to make it even). But is this even normal? is there anything I can do to prevent it? I don't put oil on my nails. I also have a habit of "bending" the tips of my nails website(idk to play with them?). I guess the bending may be causing bits of my nails to crack and come loose? maybe? I don't put on a base when applying polish I just put down 2 layers of my polish and then a clear coat... Thanks for coming to my ted talk |
Looking to save money on our freight and parcel spend, negotiate our carrier contracts, and optimize our shipping operations. There are tons of different companies to choose from. I’ve evaluated a few so far but would like to see what this community recommends or has had experience with Parcel Invoice Audit. Please tell me who you have worked with in the past, what went well, what was bad, etc. Thanks! |
I always looked down on Liquid x Energy drinks, viewing them as unhealthy and some sort of placebo but man I love me some Monster enegry drinks. I try not to drink too often but they're oh-so good and definitely give you a little buzz. I really like the new yellow one "M-80". Its kind of a pineappley summertime flavor. What are your thoughts on energy drinks? Which ones do you like? Also, how bad are these things for you? lol |

Hello All- I am here to ask about Financial Planners. I am 45, married with one child (11). Own a home and have various uncombined retirement plans from multiple past employers that I need to consolidate. Our family has a little debt, CCs (2), student loan debt, one care not (own another outright), small home improvement loan, contribute to a 529, and have a few stocks that i play with generally (the new craze i guess). I am generally pretty bad at money and am looking at employing a sunshine coast financial planners to assist with all of this plus a few other life type things (living will etc etc). My family lives in Louisiana and I in Maryland. They use a planner in LA that they love, and I think would be great. I am not sure if there is any reason to not use them due to the fact that they are in a different state or not. Or if I should even look into a financial planner at all. Looking for some general advice with the goals of finally putting my money to use and getting some legal doc together for our family/future. Thanks in advance for any advice or thoughts on the subject! |
Bought a 12x14 Gazebo kit. It will be placed on the concrete deck at one end of the pool. Now ready to take all finished parts to the deck to complete putting it together. Being a little slow I just thought about the pool deck being sloped to allow for water run off. Everything I have read has said to place it on a level surface gazebo placement. How would someone who knows what they are doing handle this? The columns have plates on the bottom to allow for securing it to deck but do not hold the columns very far off the deck. I am now worried about the bottom of the columns staying wet. I have thought about sealing the bottoms with poly but not sure if this is a good idea. |
When I was 16 years old I had a weed brownie once it didn’t have any effect on me. Now two years later, I want to become a law enforcement officer and eventually, I’ll have to do a polygraph test and I’m almost certain they’ll ask abt drug use. If I tell the truth will I be disqualified from becoming an LEO? And if I lie and they know I lied will I be disqualified? |
Hello! I am a local web developer (intermediate skill level) that has some dev/design questions and was hoping to find someone local that I could bother occasionally with questions on Online IT Courses Hong Kong. I wouldn't go so far as to say that I'm looking for a mentor as I know this would be a lot of work, just a local person to shoot the shit with and learn more about the trade. Is anybody out there? |
Hi! I am getting a mani and pedi before my wedding. I never get my nails done from here GlamGossiper, so I wasn’t sure, do the mani and pedi have to match? Or can you do different colors on both? I’m leaning toward doing different colors on both (maybe a more bright, fun color on my toes) but was curious about what other of you have done. Thanks! |
Been browsing the sub recently since this is suddenly important to me, but what would you folks recommend for someone suddenly needing to go to the best dentist clinics? I don't have dental insurance or a lot of money so the college of dentistry sounds decent to me. however, there are all the standard fears about someone who is learning working in my mouth. I have also heard good things about Pine Lake dental but the lack of insurance and concern about cost have me less enthused about it. Either way, I'm pretty sure I'm going to need a root canal and crown (went to a dentist a few years ago and it was on the list of "things to do" and those are the teeth that are now hurting a lot). Recommendations are taken, but either way, I need to get a hold of someone tomorrow probably. |
Old home, roof isnt super solid. I was thinking of something like putting on something like Thermopore Sheet In Pakistan on the roof, elevated a few inches off the ground using ceramic bowls. What about coating them or protecting them from rain/weather? Anything i could spray on there? or just slide plastic cases over? With Thermopore sheets, there is regular EPS sheets, high density EPS sheets, and moulded boards. Whats the best value for money? |
Yhemzie:I am also facing the same issue. |
For those of you who use delay to add “size” to your sound check(not for rhythmic stuff like The Edge), how necessary do you find having an exact time? Part of the reason I ask this is because I am running out of pedalboard space for a tap tempo control. I have a kick disk I could use to control tempo in a more easy way. Just debating pros and cons |
RenegadeX:I agree with you |

Help and advice needed with the cost of a churchyard memorials for my parents grave . I have been looking locally at granite type headstones, and very taken aback by the cost of buying one ,the engraving, and erection. Not much change out of £ 1000 for a decent engraved headstone as far as I can tell. I have tried prices from two local ( Northumberland ) stone masons but their prices are very similar. I lost both my parents in a space of year, which was stressful and traumatic enough. I am still shell shocked by the events. However on top of I have had to deal with large legals bills due to no wills for Granite And Stone Memorials, nearly losing the house to pay for nursing home fees, big funeral expenses , and the over budgeted cost of renovating the family home that was left to me. All of this has cleaned me out financially , and now I am trying to find money to give them a decent memorial at their last resting place together. I feel depressed and embarrassed that I cannot find any more funds to get the headstone erected and close the last chapter of a nightmare time for me. Does anyone have any tips or ideas about getting down the potentially large headstone bill ? Saving money locally ? Can you buy a headstone on the internet ? have other people found themselves in a similar situation or have my circumstances compound the issue ? Any help or advice welcomed. |
