sexyyoyo: Madam you really need to calm down , I have been married for twelve years now so don't think I have no experience. You have to submit yourself totally, both of you can't be a goat , one has to be a sheep while the other is a goat . if your man call you names and asked you to leave his house and you also left, then something is wrong with you . do you really think its a good thing packing your stuffs and leaving your matrimonial home ? So long he is not beating you , why must you pack out ? All the names he call you, is it a true reflection of your character ?if not , why are you bothered ? One of you have to sacrifice for the marriage to work . As you both grow , you tend to understand each other the other . The worst mistake of your life is to start giving attentions or thinking there are better men out there . Don't fool yourself or make yourself a subject of ridicule . Sit down and stop packing out . stay put in your marriage and make it work . Your only complain is the names he do call you . Do you go hungry in his house ? Are you lacking any other thing ? No marriage is perfect but please make yours work . I beg you in the name of whatever you believe in and it shall end in praise . I have a similar experience. My marriage is 5 years. I have left only twice despite the constant tantrums...the first time was because he hit me mercilessly for the first time. Though he slaps me occasionally out of anger previously. The second is because he threatened like he always does and ask me to leave. I left , now he is begging and swearing to be a changed person. I am still scared and confused.. |

Qudkom: DEALING WITH PURPOSE OF VISIT (POV)
Sad to hear about the recent refusals based solely on purpose of visit. However Purpose of visit refusals can be tricky and sometimes can be linked with various clauses. The most popular reasons for purpose of visit refusal are down to:
1. Incoherent, poor and Vague Study plans (SOP)
2. Applying for a program that could otherwise be done locally in Nigeria.
3. VO not convinced the proposed program is of a reasonable expense.
4. Applying for a program under the same credential as your last qualification. I.e applying for another msc program or bsc program.
5. Applying for a program otherwise lower than what your previous credential qualifies you to apply for. Sometimes it's possible to get away with it but different VOs with different evaluations.
6. Applying for a program that doesn't correlate with previous work experience and education credentials. Etc....
POV refusals are tricky and can otherwise be broad. Pinpointing the exact clause is important in reapplying. Please check your mail |

Obehi44: House, the refusal came again 2nd time. First time was personal assets and financial status but now they say it's "purpose of visit" Yesterday I mentioned a few monikers that got this bvl same time as mine came in, today I can see two out of those monikers coming to say they have been refused this evening just as I got mine this evening too. All same reason "purpose of visit" I can almost conclude that it was same VO that dished was in charged. Him just de bomb people email and Cic account with same reasons. If these people have limits of people they give visa to per a period, they should just say rather than letting us go through stress and keep paying application fee. Anyway, I will other for the gcms again, defer admission and refire again. @Franck please my dear, can I have a one on one? Just want to ask one question please. Thanks. @Frankrobbin same here...one question pls |

Chukwuemekatehi: So sorry to hear about your refusal, all hope is not lost, ordering your Gcms is the best step now. I wish success as you make steps to apply again. Also, I will advice you defer your admission to Winter so you can have enough time to prepare.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

Hello guys
Pls is it best to do upfront medicals I have submitted my application- online Biometrics updated as I had previously done biometrics in 2017 for visit Visa.
Is it wise to do upfront medicals? Will it speed up the process? |
