Most of them saying that has never worked in a formal sector so they think it's easy to forge a professional certificate and work with it.

I asked him how many field engineers he has met, he said none.
Have u gone to sites and plants where professional engineers are working before, he said no.

I was reading a book on entrepreneurship just few hours ago, it clearly stated that góvèrñment can't start and run a business.
