While I understand that some officers chiefly the female ones can be very annoying, fighting them either physically or orally should be completely condemned. It's wrong! There should be a law against that which will see the offenders severely punished, otherwise I doubt if it'll stop.

I went to the NIS office in Yenagoa for capturing. This man was boldly telling me to pay an extra 25K for logistics, that the 104k I paid online is for Abuja.

I recorded part of the conversation both in audio and video, I didn't start early cos I didn't expect it.

As it is, with his threat, I fear that my passport might be intentionally delayed and not processed early.

On 4th November 2025, ₦15,000 was deducted from my account during a failed Moniepoint POS transaction. Since then, Polaris Bank and Moniepoint have been pushing me to each other with no solution and no refund.
I even wrote a formal petition to the CBN weeks ago, reporting this issue in detail. Till today, no response, no action, nothing.
At this point, I honestly don’t know who is holding my money—Polaris or Moniepoint—and the CBN, which is supposed to regulate these institutions, seems completely inactive. If banks and fintechs can treat customers this way, then the system is clearly broken.
This isn’t even about the ₦15,000 anymore; it’s about accountability and failed consumer protection.

By the way, it's important you know that 5K daily feeding allowance is a blatant lie. It's actually 3K, but even the 3K is not being paid honestly. It's being paid to the Commander of each unit and these commanders pay whatever they wish. Just imagine paying a soldier in the Navy 15K monthly out of 93K meant for the feeding allowance?
